Cerinella

Unfortunately we had to cancel our wedding scheduled for June 2020 due to all the covid restrictions. All of our suppliers except from cerinella were extremely understanding and refunded as per contracts and keeping money they had expensed/was a deposit. Cerinella however fought back and forth with a friend we had who is an Italian lawyer, so much so that they got their own lawyer involved. In the end they kept over £2000 of our money when all they had done was provide us with a tasting and organisational plan like menus for the day/decor etc but as the wedding didn’t go ahead no actual cost incurred except time spent on this. Not a pleasant experience and we will not be using when we arrange our wedding celebration in Tuscany.

Una volta si mangiava molto bene. Maria era una buona cuoca. Da tempo peró che non vado.

Esperienza negativa ad un servizio di Matrimonio dove sono stato ospite, personale giovane e gentile ma poco professionale, non all'altezza di gestire cerimonie e eventi di livello. Caos e disorganizzazione totale.Consigliato per compleanni o party informali. I Matrimoni sono un'altra cosa....

Albergo 2 stelle. Pulito, personale cordiale. Camere non bellissime ma adeguate al prezzo. Colazione buona, ristorazione nella media. Wi-fi debole nelle stanze e niente TV. Posizione immersa nel verde.
