A seguito di un ritardo di un volo ci viene consegnato un refreshment voucher break come nel regolamento della compagnia aerea. Andiamo agli unici 2 pessimi bar del pessimo aereoporto di palermo e nessuno dei 2 lo accetta. Chiamiamo il nr indicato di assiatenza h24 e....la signora ci dice di andare al bar chiosco che in questo aereoporto non esiste....! Quando le facciamo presente che nn riusciamo a spenderlo chiude la telefonata. Una presa in giro e totale inefficienza

Mi hanno fatto andare per il colloquio e mi hanno lasciato marcire in una stanza buia, sporca e puzzolente! Vergogna!!!

After a flight cancellation and subsequent reschedule for 4 days later, I was told to speak with value group by the airline. Not only was I forced to change hotel after 2 nights, they mixed up my transfer and, after a 2.5 hour delay and various phone calls, I was informed they thought I needed to be shuttled to Rome when I needed to remain in Venice. I finally arrived to the next hotel to be informed that they did not know when my transfer to the airport would be and that they would call as soon as Value contacted them. I had to call the next morning to ask tthe reception to please contact Value, as no one had any information yet.On the bright side, the hotels were quite nice and the reception excellent.

Volo EN8871 Pisa Francoforte Atene cancellato il 15 febbraio 2023 lo avete riprogrammato assurdamente via Londra il giorno 16 di vostra iniziativa senza avvertirmi ( l'ho saputo dall'autista del transfer e solo tramite la reception dell' hotel),cancellandomi la riprotezione di Lufthansa del 18 febbraio da me accettata e che vi avevo inviato, e di cui allego copia, tramite la reception dell'hotel AC di Pisa la sera stessa. Vi siete rifiutati di parlare con me direttamente ma solo attraverso la reception e quindi non sono partito anche perchè sarei dovuto restare 2 giorni a Francoforte in quanto il volo per Atene era rimasto in data 18/2. Ho risolto tutto da solo chiamando Lufthansa che mi ha ripristinato i voli con cui mi aveva riprotetto.Siete comunque inaffidabili.I miei complimenti vanno al personale dell'Hotel AC Mariott di Pisa disponibilissimi e gentili

I am giving 5stara due to the way that we were treated by the attendant Lia on Friday the 21/10/2022 after our flight cancellation due to the strike. Even though there were a lot of frustrated people there, she maintained her smile and cheerful attitude, made us feel that we will be taken care of and it was very much appreciated.

It seems like they are not well prepared for flight cancellation or just plain understaffed. Everything seemed so slow and only one or 2 staff members (weekend probably?) were handling the entire aircraft passengers. The queue to rearrange my flight took 5 hours without any place to sit or whatsmore water to drink and this is just for a narrow body aircraft. I cannot imagine how long it would take for a big aircraft cancellation. The only nice thing i can say is that the staff still managed to complete the rearrangement while under tremendous stress.

If I could rate zero stars, I would! I'm traveling with a young child and had my flight cancelled two days in a row. The second day was in the evening and it took Value over 2 hours to get us set up at a hotel and now we are waiting for transportation to said hotel... It's 9:30 at night and the staff here can't even tell us when the bus will arrive!

After the flight was cancelled, they told us that they would close a hotel for us and while we informed them that we would not be staying at the airport any longer and to inform us about the hotel, they never told us what we should do upon arrival at the hotel or what time. As a result, the hotel never reserved a room for us and we were forced to stay the night in the car we had rented until our departure. The one star is only for the friendly staff otherwise there should be a minus in the rating

Bravissimi tutti a gestire una difficoltà impro.vvisa con varie cancellazioni a sorpresa di una ventina di voli..lo staff di terra molto gentile e professionale,io come altri , lasciato a terra dalla wizz air venerdì 24-06-22 ,senza preavviso,e come me tantissimi altri passeggeri..una crítica però la devo fare con l operatore telefonico con cui ho parlato lunedì mattina per vedere situazione transfer per tutti i passeggeri dall hotel all'aeroporto ..molto ignorante il teleoperatore,che ci.e prima stupida domanda mi ha chiesto come avevo avuto il numero di telefono, insolente e maleducato, oltreché molto impreparato ad affrontare discorsi con me,ma tutto sommato il personale di terra di venerdì notte cancella completamente sto piccolo disguido..grazie ancora per il vostro aiuto

Ieri pomeriggio io e mia moglie siamo stati dirottati" su un volo Tunisair da Bologna a Venezia causa nebbia nello scalo bolognese. Come sempre la compagnia aerea tunisina si è rivelata un disastro. Cinque minuti dopo l'atterraggio
