Designhotel Gius la Residenza

Can only say good things about this hotel. Breakfast is great and organized very good during COVID-19 time. Spa area was always free and we spent a lot of time there.Additional thanks to staff and service. Everything was perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The suites are large modern and with a Hugh balcony with hot tub. Breakfast was also well above average. We will be back.

Staff - Vera and Andreas were amazing (would have given more stars if there was an option)!!!At first you might get the impression they are working in the reception. Shortly you understand, they are both working around the clock with an eager to make your vacation a pleasant one. They would recommend you about attractions in the area, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, and even a massage. They will explain you about wines in the hotel's winery and work with the kitchen staff on your breakfast. The hospitality we got was exceptional!!!Breakfast - was wonderful. So many options to choose from. All fresh and great quality.Room - there are several options to choose from. We got a suite which had 2 balconies. Very large room, with a small kitchen and all the required supplies. So clean and well maintained, as if the place was opened last week. There is also an indoor parking place.Other facilities - lovely indoor swimming pool and sauna. e-bike and scoters - available for the guests. We took the ebikes for a day around the lake nearby. Bikes are well maintained.The place and location are a real gem - If you are planning a vacation in Northern Italy, that's your place!

The Designhotel Gius La Redidenza is amazing! We were treated like royalty by the personal staff. The hotel is centrally located to quickly get around Sud Tyrol. I would happily recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a polished environment.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per il nostro viaggio di nozze e soggiornato presso l'appartamento Bronze che, rispetto all'hotel, si trova nel centro del paese di Caldaro. Un soggiorno bellissimo che risceglieremmo ancora, andare via è stato un vero dispiacere. L'appartamento è enorme e molto bello come dalle foto, chiuse le finestre è estremamente silenzioso, tutto molto pulito e comodo. La passeggiata per arrivare all'hotel per la colazione è bella e panoramica e la colazione è eccezionale, con prodotti di qualitá. I servizi offerti (lo spuntino, la piscina, la sauna, la bici) sono tutti di livello. Il personale è gentile e ci ha fatti sempre sentire a nostro agio (grazie ancora Andreas). Consigliatissimo.

The brunch was delicious espacially the omletts. Various fruits, cakes and other sweet stuff, but also different salty dishes. Great and friendly service.
