Tutto perfetto. Pulizia camere ottima. Cene con menù sempre diverso ampia scelta e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Proprietari e personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. Ottimo e utilissimo il servizio navetta. Bellissima spa e servizi offerti. Bravissima la signora Lara che effettua massaggiCi ritorneremo per le prossime vacanze.

Great location and well furnished, you can feel the nature and enjoy every single sunset from here. The pools and the spa are gorgeous and, specially the Himalayan salt pool makes you to restore your body after the skiing effort awesomely. The owners are sweet and they can offer you the best food in the area... the speck they gave us to bring to home was amazing... literally. So, the overall feeling during the stay has been one of the best I have ever try.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 notti nella suite family beauty,bellissima vista,due camere con bagni separati di cui una purtroppo con una piccola finestrella in alto,senza vista ed entrava poca aria.Lo staff è sempre stato attento e gentile,il cibo sempre buono e una colazione abbondante,l'hotel offre una navetta gratuita per raggiungere il centro.Le cose che non mi sono piaciute:La play room era piena di polvere,i giochi per i bimbi piccoli erano sporchi e la maggior parte rotti,non ho avuto un esperienza positiva nella spa,sia io che mia madre abbiamo fatto un pedicure ed io una manicure,il servizio è stato pessimo gli strumenti non erano imbustati uno ad uno ma gettati dentro un cassetto,non ha saputo nemmeno mettere lo smalto ne a me ne a mia madre,a mia madre ha ferito persino un unghia limandola troppo,prezzi della spa assolutamente inaccettabili e ingiustificabili,non ho speso così neanche al palace hotel,rammentando il fatto alla proprietaria mi è stato detto che l'estetista che lavora li è più esperta a fare i massaggi che altro(commento inaccettabile a mio parere)Mio figlio di 3 anni si è preso un infezione in piscina e siamo dovuti ricorrere all'uso di un antibiotico(per fortuna mio marito è un medico)e crema cortisonica.La piscina non ha alcun tipo di controllo ed è molto piccola,ci siamo stati due volte è questo è stato risultato.

Hotel molto bello e curato , Ottima gestione e personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il servizio navetta. Buona l'area benessere. Sala ristorante con vista panoramica .Cibo ottimo e per tutti i gusti . Vini un po' cari.

L' hotel Grien si trova in una posizione strategica sopra a Ortisei. La vista dal balcone della nostra camera Panorama era fantastica. Il ristorante offre delle prelibatezze culinarie e serate a tema da noi sempre apprezzate. Il servizio navetta gratuito e' molto utile e funziona bene. I proprietari del Grien si sono dimostrati nei nostri confronti sempre gentili e disponibili. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Our stay at Hotel Grien was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and modern, but they still had the cozy feeling of the classic Südtirol aesthetic. All rooms had an amazing view of the town and surrounding mountains. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant our first night (and every night after that!) and were always delighted with our meals. The chef there is incredible and the hotel owner was very knowledgeable about the region and made fabulous wine recommendations every night. The spa and pool are both great places to relax and rest. We completely recommend staying at Hotel Grien and we cannot wait to return on our next visit to Northern Italy.

We had wonderful time during our ski vacation in Ortisei and hotel Grien was one of the reason.Great hotel - perfect location for us. Very calm and quiet. 10-15 min. walks to the Center. Beautiful view and every morning the sun welcome you!The hotel is very clean and made with good taste. Only 23 rooms (if I’m not wrong). The kids swimming pool. The SPA for adults only - very nice made it.The restaurant is great. The menu/ food is good selected - fresh and tasty! Very evening different dinner menu. The chef is amazing!And the most important- family Avesani - the owners and the main reason this hotel to be so good and our favourite for ski vacation and maybe for some summer adventure. The give so love and attention to every detail. Thank you!Highly recommended!

First of all, this is a first rate operation. The proprietors are warm and kind and pay attention to details. The rooms are nicely appointed, and the dining is spectacular. We took advantage of the full board dining option and were not disappointed. The meals are bountiful and finely prepared. Delicious! Great wine selection too. And if you don’t feel comfortable selecting your wine, ask for a recommendation and you will not be disappointed. The spa services are varied, and the indoor heated pool is lovely. It is located on a hill, a little bit out of town where it is quieter. The hotel’s shuttle service easily and conveniently gets you into town upon request. This is my second visit this year, and I will definitely return again.

If I could I’d give Hotel Grien and the Avesani family 50 stars. The Dolomites are an absolutely beautiful place. Hotel Grien in Ortisei is the perfect place to enjoy it, just in the gateway of this beautiful region. The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms are modern and designed with a minimalistic great taste, and the food in the hotel is oh sooooo fantastic. The Avesani family runs the hotel with full attention to detail and personal touch, and so is their personnel. They are totally committed to make you feel welcomed and to make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Get ready for them to roll the red carpet for you! Make sure you exercise a lot during your stay, otherwise you are assure to go back home with a few extra pounds.
