Vorher angerufen, gesagt, dass wir zwei Roller haben möchten. Im Shop angekommen ist auf einmal nur eine verfügbar und der zweite erst am nächsten Tag ab 10:00 Uhr. Als wir überlegt haben einen Roller zu nehmen kam der Verkäufer an und meinte, dass keiner mehr verfügbar ist. Schlechteste Erfahrung von allen Verleih unternehmen in den ich war.

It is hard to say enough good things about the owner of this business Alessio Manni and the quality of the service of the company and his employees. We needed to rent a car on Friday and return it on late Sunday evening. There is no rental place open Saturday afternoon or Sunday. Alessio arranged for us first by email and then face to face in person to pick up the car on Friday, return it Sunday and drop off the keys in a box. He even came Sunday night to meet us in person and ask how everything went, what he did not even need to do. The auto Renault we rented was excellent and the price was competitive with the large name brand rentals where you don't get any personal service. He speaks and emails in English well and I speak Italian reasonably well so we had no problem communicating.

The kindest service, easy renting and easy return.We will definitely rent here again!
