Hotel Panorama

The service and staff at the hotel panorama were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice for the typical European standard rooms. The view out the windows of the lagoon was very pretty and the location could not be any better with easy walking access to the vaporetto station, buses, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Also the breakfast service at this hotel was amazing. There was a beautiful selection of pastries, toast, cold cuts, eggs coffee, teas and fresh made cappuccino or espresso if you wanted it. We would definitely consider staying here on future visits to Venice!

Stayed at this hotel for my first visit to Venice,Goods: front desk staff was very helpful especially lady on the front desk explained everything in detail about how to commute between Lido and Main Island. Breakfast was great and everything was freshly made.Not so Goods: Room was really loud both from inside and outside. I can hear family in next room talking pretty clear even I heared guy snooring in morning. Outside of hotel is also very loud due to bus stop and cafes. Room and bathroom were pretty small and dated.If you want to stay on main island this hotel is not for you because you have to bear extra cost of transportation. I found Lido more cleaner and calmer (Beach on Lido is so beautiful and calming) than Main island which smell like sewage and full of drunk people.Overall I recommend this hotel if you want to crash for a night and want to stay away from main island.

What a lovely hotel! We only planned one night here and ended up extending our stay for 3 nights! Staff were beyond helpful and friendly. The water bus is right across the street and so easy to get around the islands! We very much enjoyed our time here. Rooms were very clean and spacious and we had an amazing view of the water! The breakfast was good, more sweet options than savoury but overall very reasonable prices at the beginning of the week and gets more expensive throughout.

There was also hair all over the room and the front desk was not helpful at all offering to charge us more for a different roomUPDATE: To provide all the details to anyone considering a stay at Hotel Panorama, the 30 minutes I spent in this hotel room were the worst of my life. I knew I messed up booking this hotel before I even stepped in the building. How? For starters, it is advertised as Stay in Venice". It is not even located on the island of Venice! It was false advertising and completely misleading as a customer. You have to pay almost 10 euros per person each way to take a water bus to/from this location (So if you think you're saving a few bucks on a good deal

Fantastic traditional hotel - perfect location for boat, all the staff (front desk, cleaners, breakfast) are LOVELY! We are family 4 and the attic rooms were best option we found and Lido is so much nicer to stay than central Venice. Rooms spotless and service 1st class - really made the start of our trip a real holiday.Location is also for boat and an excellent bike shop behind, which we used everyday for zipping the beach.Thank you

We stayed in this hotel for about a week. The welcome and service was beyond wonderful. Although it seems a little far from the location, I think it is not a problem at all. Very close to the pier. It is very easy to reach everywhere with sea buses. If we go to Venice again, we will definitely stay in this hotel. We felt very comfortable.
