I have visited a place with a problem related to my car rented at the Catania airport. The staff was super nice and very helpful. They have called some local mechanic friend and organized me an immediate checkup. The issue has been quickly solved and I wasn't charged for any of the services. Thanks!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, I went in a few times to check parking rules and they also showed me where I can buy a holder for my phone in a local shop. I rented a car for 4 days, it was in great condition and fun to drive around to explore places. I honestly cannot suggest any improvement, and thank you so much for your help!

Hired a car from Sicily by car in Siracusa via zest car rentals. Both companies excellent.Sicily by car very professional and easy to deal with. Car was ready on time of pick up and drop off nice and easy. The pending deposit was swiftly returned within a couple of days without any problems.Highly recommend.

Booked online via Expedia. All easy. Good price. Picked cat up the next morning. Fiat Panda. Car was OK. (Would never buy one!). Perfect for our needs. Staff in office very helpful. Spoke good English. I would use again if I needed to hire a car in Sicily.

Ne louez pas de voiture chez sicilybycar! 1 an après la location de la voiture sicilybycar me facture 50€ de frais de dossier pour une amende routière qu’ils avaient oublié... je paie sans contester mais voilà maintenant 2 ans depuis la location et je n’ai toujours pas reçu les documents originaux de l’amende alors que les 50€ facturés par sicilybycar on été débité directement de mon compte. Ils ne répondent même plus à mes mails... agence a fuir a tout prix! Je travaille en agence de voyage je ne conseillerai jamais à mes clients sicilybycar et je transmets également l’information à mes collègue pour qu’ils préviennent les voyageurs de ne jamais louer chez eux. I pay without contesting but it is now 2 years since the rental and I still have not received the original documents of the fine while the 50€ invoiced by sicilybycar was debited directly from my account. They don't even answer my emails anymore... agency to flee at all costs! I work in a travel agency and I will never advise my customers of Sicilybycar and I also pass on the information to my colleagues so that they warn travelers never to rent from them. Sicilybycar = scamMy response to SBC : I do not dispute the 50€, I say that according to the law I must receive the original and translated document of the traffic fine. and it's been a year since I claimed it and I haven't received it, what proves that the road fine is real then? if you charge me €50, there must be a fine, yet I have not received any official document. as long as I have not received the original document I consider it a scam and I will inform the travel agencies of your practices

Statene alla larga, preferite compagnie più blasonate, a me con inganno hanno fatto pagare il doppio rispetto alla prenotazione che avevo fatto on line. E poi si nascondono dietro alle parole ma la firma sul contratto non è la sua? Vuol dire che ha accettato..." E si perché chiaramente ti dicono "NON DOVEVI FIDARTI ASSOLUTAMENTE DI NOI"Fortunatamente per loro mi occupo del settore turismo e sarà un piacere fargli dell'ottima pubblicità"

Sicily by Car si conferma un’ottima azienda, inoltre a Siracusa lo Station Manager, Giuseppe Ezechia, si è dimostrato persona gentile, competente e molto paziente nello spiegarmi il funzionamento del furgone che ho noleggiato e tutti i dettagli del contratto. Ho preso un Maxus e-deliver elettrico, un buon mezzo con autonomia un po’ limitata ma sicuro e con un buon vano di carico ben accessibile dalle ampie porte posteriori e da quella laterale.

Auto perfetta e pulita. Servizio impeccabile per cortesia e tempi di consegna e ritiro nonostante le avverse condizioni metereologiche.L'ufficio di Siracusa è facilmente raggiungibile.Sicuramente mi rivolgerò a loro per le mie prossime visite.
