A quiet and simple place if you're on a budget. Has all the basic necessities and it's clean. Especially on a budget, I think it was really good.The staff were also quite helpful.

Lovely beautiful building. The location is right by a ferry port, very convenient but sometimes noisy. The rooms can get very hot, and there were mosquitoes, but this is to be expected. Overall the room and facilities were good, and the staff were friendly. Good price too.

Camera fatiscente, sporca, fredda. Bagni non sporchissimi ma neanche puliti. Siamo arrivati e il letto non era neanche fatto ma le lenzuola erano messe lì sul letto. Decisamente esperienza molto negativa

This is not a hotel !!! Tragic rooms, old furniture, dramatic bathroom !! Lot of students which are noisy all night !! Go away from this place as far as you can !!

We paid 100 euros for a single room, 1 night. Room was unsanitary and we were scratching ourselves all night - possibly bed bugs. We did a polite complaint (not expecting anything, just letting them know about the conditions of the room / bed.) This was dismissed and the manager explained it was part of the venetian experience! Shared bathrooms were suboptimal and unsanitary. Location is decent.Wouldn't recommend staying here!
