Despite multiple unsatisfactory reviews we rented the car here and we were not disappointed at all. Nice gentlemen explained us everything, we took full insurance and didn’t pay anything extra at the end. Pick up / drop off was very smooth.

My experience at Autovia was amazing! Alex was super kind and explained everything really simple. Also great vehicles for drinking around the roads here and to the hikes. Highly recccomend!

In tanti anni di noleggio auto in tutta Italia mai avuto un sevizio pessimo a questo modo.State lontani...andate da altri e godetevi la vacanza

We had a great experience renting a car at Autovia. Communication was easy and straight forward. Alessandro took our request and emailed us his quote. Car pick up was easy and drop off was also very easy. The car was in great condition, clean and nice. We highly recommend Autovia. Thank you Alessandro.

Self described only car rental in Cortina d'Ampezzo" and that's correct. Good service

The most terrible renting experience! I reserved a car two months ago and they told me there was no car for me when I arrived!! This place ruined my whole travel plan in Dolomites.

This car rental was recommended by my hotel. Car worked fine and I had no problem. However the man who delivered the car dropped it off the night prior for convenience. I did the walk around prior he said not necessary. It was dark out. Then the following day he sends me an additional invoice with a picture of a scratch on the hubcap which was not from me as you can tell there was also no tire damage. When I called to inquire as the invoice is in Italian he said he was precise and began yelling at me.

Everything went well. The man I dealt with had a good grasp of English and was able to explain what was needed to be done. We wanted to extend the hire period and he was great with that also. We wanted to see as much of the Dolomites as possible and didn't want a car from the likes of Venice airport - Autovia helped us do that.

Rented a car for 10 days, family of four.Excellent service with delivery of car to hotel previous evening, clean and new Renault Clio.We did not notice that the car is Diesel and put 20 litres of gasoline!!Noticed after starting the engine and called the owner, he was very professional and took care of the situation immediately.They towed the car and gave us a very nice new Hybrid Renault.We covered some expenses for our mistake, but all was very reasonable and Alessandro showed understanding and efficiency.They even left the car for us to use last evening for dinner, which also was very kindThank you Autovia!

Be careful renting here!Alessandro is not an honest man. He tried to take 240 euro of our 300 euro deposit. I had to spend hours of our honeymoon reporting his fraudulence to Autovia and to my credit card company and thankfully we received our money back.I wouldn’t rent from here but if you do be very careful and thoroughly read whatever you sign and read your bill afterwards.For anyone who would like more details on the deceitful charges:Alessandro tried to charge us 60 euro for a GPS charge (who uses car GPS these days??). He swiped my credit card without me knowing - I found this out when he sent a photo of a receipt for 60 euros charged without my signature on it.The other 180 euro was a fee for an extra day and late fee. He told us, repeatedly, that he would do us a favor and let us return the car 2 hours later than when our contract said (“oh I take lunch until 3pm so as long as you bring the car back by 3pm it won’t be considered late”). We returned the car at 2:15pm and he then denied telling us that we could bring the car in past 1pm and he tried to charge us an extra day plus a late fee charge.When I confronted him on the above charges he tried to bribe us by offering us a refund of 29 euro (see picture below from WhatsApp)…This guy is a sleaze.
