Don't not use. They steal money from you. I returned my car after buying the full insurance from them. Yep days after I handed the car back they kept the deposit I paid and I can't get hold of them to even discuss it. They don't answer phone, email, Facebook.Do not use this scamming company

Do not book with them, they are scammers! We rented the car from 9:00 am on and the staff arrived at 10:00 am and the ladies was super rude. Then the car was given to us with half full tank, so we gave it back like this and then they said it was full. Then suddenly a total of almost 300 euros was charged to my credit card 3 months later without any feedback. Pure rip-off, never again!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. The pick up for our car was at the airport, when we got to the maggiore office, there was a sign that said we had « to go back to the airport, 300m from the entrance » and their office would be there. It was not ?????? We tried calling them, no one answered. An hour later, we find them inside a hidden building in the back of the parking lot. If you want a smoothe car rental experience, don’t book with them. And we had booked an AUDI only to have a random other car.

Non accetta carta debit controllata telefonicamente col centro prenotazioni previo numero dicendo è un bancomat... Perdiamo soldi, e prenotiamo auto con altra compagnia con stessa carta

Total scam. Promising on phone one prise and full covered insurance, but at the end add 60 euros extra, mentioning that windows are not actually included in full covered insurance" and tons of other headache. At the end scumed us with fuel deposit. It was full

Such a shame!! Horrible i’ve been waiting for 1 hour. Never renting a car from them again!!

One lady wanted me to pay an “out office hours “ fee because I was picking up the car late. When I returned the vehicle, they were very rude and they tried to charge me for GAS even tho the tank was full but thankfully I made a video when I received the car showing the fuel level when I picked it up, and I kind of proof that it was at the same level that I received it, but that shouldn’t happen! It feel that they wanted to scam us unless I have a proof like my video. He actually said is my word against yours. If you have to rent from them, be mindful to record everything on video to be safe, but better if you avoid them!!

Their system was down when I arrived and it took 45 mins to check in, the attitude of the staff was something else to behold. Rude is an understatement.My credit card was charged twice for the car hire, so I emailed the agency twice but no one responded to my emails or apologised for their error. Eventually that was fixed.No documents were ever emailed to me for the hire car either, even with my email address provided on the rental agreement.Then I was charged extra charges upon return of the vehicle. And still no documents were emailed to explain what the extra charges were for. Car was returned within the car hire time frame with a full tank of fuel. There are plenty of other car hire agencies to use, just don’t use this one. Such a terrible experience. Rude, disorganised and not interested in providing a basic level of customer service.
