My family and I embarked in Norwegian Cruise in Rome on May 26th and purchased from Limousine Service in Italy our private transportation to and from Civitavecchia Port and also 10 hours of private tour in Rome with a tour guide. This was the best decision we have made. If you take a taxi or any other transportation to Civitavecchia Port, you will need to be dropped off in the entrance of the port, couple of miles away from where the cruises are located and take the shuttle bus or go walking with all our luggage as we saw many passengers doing that. But if you use Limousine Service they are allow to enter inside and take you all the way right in front of the port boarding area. Besides, the service of Limousine Service in Italy is excellent 7 stars". Since we booked their services the responses were very fast

Wow! We had the most amazing day in Rome because of Nicola and his team. From pick up to drop off, everything was just perfect. They were waiting for us at our hotel in two beautiful new Mercedes vans (we had a group of 8). They even arranged entry tickets to the Vatican and Colosseum and a sit down lunch. I didn’t think we could see everything that was on the itinerary and be able to enjoy it, but they went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did we see everything on our list, which included: The Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, St Peter’s Basilica and of course The Colosseum, we were even able to stop for gelato! Nicola was a wonderful tour guide, he knows Rome and it’s history. It was a perfect day and I am so thankful. Book with Limousine Service of Italy and you won’t regret it.

We had THE BEST time with this company. We are a family of 8 (including 2 children and a baby) and they were so accomodating with all our needs. We did 3 full day tours with them and loved every minute of it. Everything was well planned, including the amazing restaurants for lunch that they had chosen. This is the second time my parents have used them and we would use them again if we get a chance to go back. They helped us organise another day tour in another part of Italy also which was so helpful. Our tour guide Alessandra was FABULOUS and it wouldn’t have been the same without her. The communication with Nicola and Simona was impeccable and the tours exceeded our expectations. We also used them for our transfers from the airport and to the port of Civitavecchia. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

This was our first trip to Rome and were onlythere for a few days so wanted to see as much as we could with out feeling rushed. The first day we went on the VIP Tour of Rome and it was FANTASTIC!! Our guide Nicola and driver Isidoro are the best! We saw so many sites we wanted to plus some hidden gems that we would have never seen on our own. We never felt rushed (and we saw a lot!), heard many great stories from Nicola, were driven around in a really nice Mercedes van and just thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour. I highly recommend taking this tour and if you can, request Nicola and Isidoro…they are both professional and really fun!!The following day we did the private tour of the Vatican museums, Sistine Chapel & St Peter’s Basilica with another guide Katia. We loved this tour just as much!! ! Katia is professional, sweet and extraordinarily knowledgeable about Vatican City. I highly recommend this tour as well and try to request Katia.We couldn’t have been happier about what we saw and what we learned on both tours . We will definitely use Limousine Service In Italy again. Would give 10 stars if I could.

From our landing in Italy through a series of day drivers and tours, words can’t adequately express how wonderful, professional and perfect this company made our trip! Nicola, Ernesto and planning by Simona made every destination a day to remember. Door to door personal service, great customized tours allowed us to get a lot into each day. With my limited mobility due to a bad knee Nicola went above and beyond to personally push me thru the Vatican to get to see the chapel, Him and Ernesto dropped us as close to sites as possible to limit walking and we’re understanding when I needed rest stops. Simona planned a personal winery tour in Tuscany with lunch that was absolutely the highlight of the whole trip. Without this company and owners and drivers dedicated to excellence in service, our trip would have never been the same. It truly makes me emotional with appreciation of all they did. Don’t second guess yourself book them with confidence knowing you’re treated like a VIP in Mercedes vehicles with top of the line service! We would give them 10 stars if we could! Absolutely recommend and consider this company a must recommend fir all our family and friends! Thank you with all our hearts for creating a trip of a lifetime for us.

I am so glad I booked private tours with Limousine service in Italy for my first pleasure trip to Italy. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience. They were very flexible and provided personalized services to match my interests and requirements. I was able to enjoy the tours with complete peace of mind as they made sure that all aspects of the tours were stress-free and safe. I highly recommend their services. They might be a bit expensive but it’s worth the money.

Our family of 10 never travels without having a guided tour and Alessandra, Ernesto and Marco are the reason. They were so kind and knowledgeable, while keeping our 2 cars in sync and in stitches. By the end of the day, they were part of the family. The lunch place they took us to was just as amazing. We had so much fun and left with a wealth of knowledge about the historic city of Rome. Alessandra’s ability to weave the tale through a chronological lens helped ground us in what happened when and the connections. Thank you so much for making our family trip so memorable!!!

When I was first going through the different tours and which one to decide on I decided to go with a private tour. I figured if I am traveling all the way to another country I may as well pay for a tour where I could have a personal experience where the tour was catered to what I wanted to see and at a pace I wanted to move at. Yes it costs more but you get what you pay for and I will say Limousine Services in Italy not only delivered but went above and beyond. They were so good that we booked them again for another day. The first day we had Nicola, and he was great, very well knowledge about the history of Rome and I loved the passion he had when he would talk about the ingenuity behind the ancient Roman structures. He showed us around Rome visiting sites like the Trevi Fountain, Piazza De Navona, the Colosseum, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. We even got to experience seeing some catacombs which was amazing as we never would have thought to do that on our own.The second day we had Alessandra and she was just as amazing, very lively, fun and friendly. She took us around the Vatican showing us the museum, St Peter's Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. In addition to that she took us to the Malta Villa Magistrale where we got to see a pretty amazing spectacle which we never would have heard about let alone think of going to. We also visited the Basilica of Saint Clement another location we never would have visited and got to see just how deep layers of Rome were.We had our own vehicle which really helped during the intense heat that was happening during our visit. They also provided us water to make sure we were hydrated the entire time. It was nice to have our own vehicle that we had to ourselves that would take us to various sites, the tour was also catered to things we wanted to see along with places that both Alessandra and Nicola thought we would enjoy. Lunch was not provided however they took us to some amazing Italian restaurants (again this was based on what sort of food we wanted to eat) and helped order for us to make sure we got to experience an amazing meal.I would highly recommend this tour and Limousine Services in Italy in general as they made our first visit to Rome a memorable one and really made us feel welcomed. If you are traveling to Rome for the first time and you want to make the most of your experience I would recommend going with Limousine Service. Yes they cost more than a group tour but you get what you pay for and if you are traveling a while away to experience a new place you have never visited, then what you gain in experience, convenience and memories is very much worth it.

Marco and Nicola were great. These guys were so much fun and very informative, in our opinion after seeing some of the other group tours and their sheep herding mentality the private tour with these guys was worth every penny. Very professional, on time, safe and the lunch was fantastic. I am not sure if you can request Marco and Nicola but if the company would let you we very highly recommend them. Thanks for a great time and eye opening tour.

This was the most excellent way to see Rome!! We didn't have a lot of time, and this efficient and accommodating service gave us a history rich comfortable skip the lines way to experience Rome's many treasures. Alessandra gave us such a rich historical perspective on Rome that made the experience unforgettable. Nicola was an amazing driver and he helped us break up our trip into something more doable. I would highly recommend seeing Rome with these guys!!
