The location is very nice, but we've experienced the worst customer service.We were treated very bad since the first encounter with Alessandra, who had a terrible attitude towards us, because we've made it there around 9.30 pm for the check in.. even tho we announced that we had bad traffic on the highway.The last day, at the check out, she was waiting in front of our door at 10.30 am with an even worse attitude, asking us to leave, because she has to clean for her next costumers. She started yelling when we complained about the rooms being dirty and asked someone else to come bring our bill, a person who called me cazzo".Long story-short
