We spent Friday evening doing the pizza and gelato making in Milan and really enjoyed the experience. The style is traditional Naples pizza (very thin with puffy raised sides.) It was delicious and super fun to create. We also learnt how to make gelato and waffle cones. Also, simple to do and really tasted great. We returned on Sunday morning to learn to cook an Italian meal and do the market tour too. This was also an excellent experience and the risotto, pasta and desert were really tasty and again it was such an enjoyable experience to be involved in.Francesco is a great teacher. He is very friendly, knowledgable and was happy to answer all of my many questions! The atmosphere is relaxed and informative. Francesco has some great short stories to compliment some of the dishes he is creating too.Would highly recommend!

Learning how to cook authentic Italian pizza and gelato was the best part of our trip to Milan. Chef Liu was an excellent teacher for our class. We had our 7 year old with us and she made the experience extra special for our daughter and the other younger chefs. The class was relaxed and enjoyable … it will probably be the one thing our daughter remembers about Milan. Highly recommend!

The most fun experience. Making pizza was always on the list but making it in Italy and with one of the best chef Francessco was truly great experience and totally worth it . The patience he had to teach us everything from scratch was remarkable. We made the pizza dough, pizza and even Gelato and making a waffle cone was very nice , learning the small techniques was indeed a take away. The joy of tasting your own made pizza and gelato is great. It is a must do when in Milan and you wont even know how the 3 hours just passed.

This was the best thing myself and my son did in Italy. The chef Giacomo was warm, friendly and professional. He made us feel like family and made it exciting and fun for my 11 year old son to join in.The chef gave us insight into Italian food culture and history in an entertaining and inclusive way. Even though I would say this was family friendly, he catered for all ages. We felt included in every conversation while not feeling like the conversation was limited either. The food itself was amazing and we have bought an ice cream machine and are building a pizza oven now at home for my sons new-found love of cooking. I don't think I could recommend this experience more. The only problem was the meeting point was difficult to find, I think a google maps pin would definitely help as the directions leads you to the building itself which is busy and full of food places.

I had an amazing time at the Italian cooking class where we learned how to make Neapolitan pizza and vanilla gelato. Cooks were knowledgeable and passionate, and the food we cooked was simply delicious. The facilities were great and made for a comfortable and enjoyable cooking experience. I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning about Italian cuisine. Can't wait to go back!

We were looking for an experiential cooking course in Milan that would not be too touristy and would provide a high level of cooking and an Italian culinary experience. Chef Francesco definitely delivered the goods and more! With a lot of professionalism, patience and the ability to explain in detail and interestingly, Francesco explained to us about the traditional Italian cuisine typical of the Milan area, taught us classic recipes in the correct and traditional way of preparation and shared his own tips and highlights. The experience was pleasant, the stories fascinating and the recipes especially delicious!
