Is more like 4,5 stars.The food was amazing and the service was great.Though there were some stuff I did not understood.Like why should my server touch my serviette and put it on my lap? Apart that this is not hygienic, I did not even had 10 seconds after ordering to do that on my own.I ordered the biggest menu, which was the 7 course.I eat a lot in fine dining restaurants so I know the is always the greetings of the chef" and sometimes a last mini dessert extra.This time I got not only a greeting and the mini dessert

Almato was absolutely perfect! The sommelier and waiter were both wonderful and made sure we had the best experience. They brought us so many tastings outside of what we ordered and the house-made focaccia was the most incredible touch. Thank you to the staff at Almato for the most amazing meal!

Good food, good service at a very competitive price. At pair with a lot of 1 star Michelin restaurants I already tried. The journey proposed by their multi dish taste experience seems to be very thoughtful and well executed. I was a bit unsure about the 5 stars because the service took too long. For the 5 dish experience we spent there almost 2,5 hours which is not similar to other 1 star Michelin restaurants we tried. But they do deserve the 1 star if they optimize the timing of these experiences. Hats off to everyone working here.

Un’esperienza incredibile in una bellissima atmosfera. Ogni singola portata ha una cura al dettaglio incredibile, il menù degustazione è una vera e propria esperienza.

Lovely evening with a fantastic 7 course tasting menu which offered surprising food combinations I never had before. One example was risotto with suble chocolate and orange flavours before the cheese notes took over. The staff was also exceptionally attentive and lovely. Highly recommend a visit.

Posto incantevole e minimal, musica sottofondo, si riesce a conversare …… non c’e’ rumore.Abbiamo provato il percorso da 5 portate consigliate dallo chef, inutile che vi dica che le portate sono tutte PAZZESCHE; il personale ti coccola dall’inizio alla fine.

Piacevole scoperta nel quartiere Prati, ben diverso dalle solite hamburgerie e sushi che sembrano aver conquistato la zona.L’atmosfera della sala con le luci soffuse mette a proprio agio, insieme alla solerte e attenta accoglienza (si preoccuperanno, infatti, di riporre i vostri soprabiti e cappotti in un armadio, per farvi stare più comodi al tavolo). La sala è guidata da un ragazzo con lunga esperienza e simpatica cadenza campana: sarà lui a coccolarvi per tutto il percorso, comunicando tutte le vostre esigenze alla cucina. Due percorsi degustazione, da 5 o 8 portate: il consiglio è di farvi guidare dallo chef. Straordinaria attenzione ad allergie e intolleranze come di rado capita. Tutte le portate della degustazione sono state di nostro gradimento (solo in alcuni casi qualche elemento potrebbe essere rivisto e migliorato); colpo di genio sono le “fettuccine come una pizza romana”: lascia davvero senza parole. Davvero imperdibili.

Fantastic inventive cuisine worthy of a Michelin star. Excellent friendly service and really cool atmosphere. Book as its a small place, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent course menu. We enjoyed the 5 course tasting with paired wines. Some very unusual but fantastic flavours. Our waiter was quite young but delightful, knowledgeable and obviously very skilled at his recommendations and in his guidance through the menu. Would certainly recommend but come hungry. We rolled out after 5 courses. The complementary dishes were extremely generous.
