Tragica esperienza!Ho dovuto lasciare la camera in tarda serata per un attacco di allergia, dovuto quasi sicuramente alla troppa polvere, dopo avermi fatto una doccia fredda in quanto non c’era l’acqua calda.AL PEGGIO NON C’È MAI FINE

Camere da rimodernare e pulizia delle camere migliorabile. Da consigliare all’hotel come servizio essenziale : mettere a disposizione uso di phon (con cauzione) per i clienti che trascorrono l’ultimo giorno di pernottamento in zona piscina.

Best and super helpful personnel! Helped us to plan our trips. And the most important, they really helped us a lot, when our baby got sick. Very friendly people! A great place to stay with children.

Tremendously helpful service! We received a parking ticket when we went out to dinner and the reception staff worked so hard to find out how to pay it since we had to leave the next morning. They finally found a way to pay on line. They really went above and beyond to find a good solution for us.

More like a 3 star hotel.Pool is shared with the public and the beach is big stones and somewhat slippery. Water is not clear enough to snorkel.Fitness room is 2-3 star, but not maintained very well.Restaurant is ok, nice view and good tasting food.Breakfast is boring and not a very good quality.Hotel situated far from Napoli and a 20 min walk from train station. Aprox 70eur with taxi - one way.I would not choose this hotel again.

I would like to say that this hotel has now already known trouble with the old rooms: there is no hot water and the tubs are not working properly bringing including water in the room. They already know the problem but still taking reservations as they have no problem at all. That’s not fair with Booking Customers. I needed to get another hotel and cancel my reservation after a cold shower and have our room flooded. I would never recommend this hotel ever. Cheers

Hotel con una vista meravigliosa, servizi ottimi ma camere un po' datate.Ristorante qualità/prezzo sproporzionato ma bellissima vista e personale gentile.Un particolare grazie alle ragazze della buonissima colazione Sabrina, Iolanda e Francesca sempre gentili e sorridenti

Overall very decent hotel. The rooms are good and well cleaned, bathrooms recently upgraded. Rooms have a nice view of the sea and gulf of Napoli. The terraces could be a bit more private though, now you can see to every terrace and even to the other rooms, which isn't greatBreakfast was good, but could be better. Overall selection was decent, but quality could be improved Bread assortment was quite lacking, and pastries didn't taste freshPool is decent, but gets very crowded on the weekends. Pool is managed by a third-party, and there are also customers from outside the hotel. There is also a major communication breakdown between the hotel and the pool, so if you book a sunbed through the hotel reception, the pool often doesn't either know about it or doesn't want to honor it. They seem to do some screening based on physical appearance of where they want to seat people. It's also not clear when exactly the pool opens and closes, in different places it says 6:30 pm, and 8 pm.Service wise a bit mixed feelings, everyone is super friendly and wants to help you, but the end result is mixed. For example, the info they give you from the reception desk is totally different than what you see in their website, or on brochures (which they said will cover everything you need to know")

Sono rimasta molto delusa sia dalla struttura che dai servizi.Struttura senza acqua calda.Per fortuna ci abbiamo trascorso una sola notte.
