I LOVE VINTAGE

Vi siete montati la testa soltanto perché ora va di moda il vintage... Prezzi inventati al momento, pessimi anche nell'improvvisazione. Mi dispiace perché fino ad un anno fa si poteva entrare, potrebbero venderti anche una t shirt smerdata a 50€... Ridicoli..

Nel negozio si possono trovare senza alcun dubbio vestiti vintage davvero ricercati. Per quanto riguarda il resto, i vestiti sono appiccicati tra di loro dovendo usare una certa forza per dividerli e guardarli, spesso sporchi e prezzi a volte troppo alti. Si potrebbe fare di meglio

pessima esperienza, non solo ha prezzi esagerati su merce di seconda mano, spesso nemmeno nelle migliori delle condizioni. da un po' hanno alzato i prezzi rispetto a tempo fa. pessima esperienza con il personale, un amico va per cambiare un jeans che era rovinato, voleva sapere perché non potesse fare il cambio con una felpa invece di un altro paia di jeans, è stato trattato in modo sgarbato e preso a parole per strada dal dipendente.

Commesse così maleducate mia viste. Napoli è famosa per l’ospitalità, in questo negozio però non sanno cosa significa la parola educazione. Peccato, hanno perso un’ottima vendita e un’ottima cliente.

sono passata questa mattina appositamente per non trovare molta affluenza, ho chiesto aiuto alla ragazza che lavora li dentro per i pantaloni essendo che sono esposti alla rinfusa senza un ordine per taglia. La ragazza mi ha praticamente snobbata e senza aiutarmi nonostante nel negozio non ci fosse nessuno. Mi dispiace dover scrivere un commento negativo essendo sempre stata cliente ma quello che è successo stamattina mi porterà a non entrare più in quel negozio. donna irrispettosa che è in casa, ho ricevuto un trattamento mai visto prima per aver visto solo una maglietta.. penso che abbia bisogno di un po' di tranquillità nella sua testa, il bello è che fuori c'era un cane che era simpatico. NON VENITE QUI PER RICEVERE ENERGIE CATTIVE

I’m in complete and utter shock. Last week I bought a jacket in I Love Vintage and I loved customer service and the clothing piece I bought so I went again this week. Me and my friend were trying on denim jackets just outside the fitting room because it was full. We put our personal jackets on the other jacket rack, just on the corner because we wanted to try them on. The girl who works there came to us and tried to tell in Italian to take our personal jackets out of the rack, we didn’t understand her so she started being aggressive and put aggressively our jackets away. We told her not to touch our personal stuff, we just wanted to try the shop’s jackets and buy them. Another girl came after 2 min and started saying the same thing, we told that we will be fast but the first girl who works there started shouting at us and saying that we’re stupid, repeating the same thing and shouting to us to “shut up” very loudly. She also was saying that no one speaks to her like that even though we are customers. I’m in shock by this customer service, never in my life I have experienced such a disgrace. Never coming back. Avoid this place with angry and aggressive employees, unless you want to be called stupid and get shouted at to shut up.
