City Sightseeing

Had a great experience with City Sightseeing thanks to Melani. We were lucky to get picked up by the Taormina shuttle while on tour with the blue line. Very accommodative team.

Bad idea for anyone with time limitations. The ticket sellers told us buses ran every 30 minutes. The bus drivers told us every 45 minutes. In reality, it was over an hour between buses and when they arrived, the buses were full and could not take on any more passengers. We were a group of 3, so we had to split up, luckily we were all adults and could do so. We spoke to the ticket sellers about the experience and they simply said “there is nothing I can do”. It’s clear the goal is to sell tickets, not to ensure they keep their promises to the ticket holders. Too many tickets were sold for the two buses running that day. AND per ticket seller, it has happened before, “many times”. UGH!!!

Scammers

Do NOT use this service. It is the worst hop on hop off bus I have ever seen. It actually does not provide a hop on/off service at all. It is the most unprofessional company - no organisation, no responsibility. Avoid dealing with them Save your euros

Esperienza super negativa.Arrivati al porto con la crociera.Dovevano portarci in un posto e ci hanno lasciato a 20 minuti.Pattuito il ritorno a un orario, arrivati 40 minuti dopo.State e alla larga.

Hicimos las dos rutas ofrecidas. Ninguna destaca por nada, pero para pasar el rato ya nos estuvo bien. Sobre todo, llevate tapones para los oidos. Te van a meter por los altavoces la misma Tarantela Siciliana 100 veces o mas. Al principio te hace gracia y da ambiente holiday pero cuando la has escuchado 30 veces ( no exagero nada ) querrás tirarte del autobus en marcha. Yo ya te he avisado...

A tourist trap in Messina/Sicily. The wait until the bus leaves takes over 1 hour and an unfriendly staff. No further recommendation.

This is touted as a hop on hop off bus. It was definitely not that. Everyone gets on in Constitution Square and the bus only goes every 45 minutes or so. ( I’m pretty sure there is only one bus per line ) If you do happen to get off the bus, you would never be able to get on again because all the buses are full, so you would be stranded. The tour was in a couple different languages, but the speakers were crackly and the tour guide was hard to understand. It was a terrible tour. Save your 10E.

Durata 30 min/15euro percorso blu.Visita nei punti principali della città di Messina. La spiegazione del disco non sempre si sente per via del rumore sulla strada ma la musichetta di sottofondo va alla grande. Il giro è troppo costoso....ma la città è splendida!

Pessima esperienza. State attenti. Il bus non parte. Ti ingannano dicendo che sta per partire tra 5 minuti invece passa piú di mezz'ora seduti ad aspettare. NON ANDATE!!!
