Over rated, also trying to get to the balcony of a fictitious character is extremely difficult. We skipped it and enjoyed other sites in Verona.

A small courtyard in middle of the shopping piazza crowded with hundreds of people at any point ..In order to access the balcony, one needs to buy the ticket online n in advance

This is a tourist trap with long queues to see a balcony in a side street Gasse that has no proof that Juliet was ever near.

Lovely little museum and balcony. Not overpriced. A must do if you're visiting Verona even if you don't pay to visit the museum and go onto the balcony, you need to go visit and see the balcony, which is free.
