What a great cook Gioia is and a wonderful teacher! I cooked with her at her apartment in Venice (Cooking & Travelling - Cooking classes in Venice Italy), and I also have the pleasure of using her online cooking school videos (Accademia di Cucina Italiana) now that I'm at home. I made a delicious creamy risotto following her step-by-step instructions. She demonstrates everything and also explains why to do things (like how to keep the garlic from getting burnt and bitter). Grazie mille, Gioia, I truly enjoyed the time I spent with you!

Video corso molto utile per chi ha bisogno di imparare le basi della cucina Italiana. La metodologia proposta dal corso è molto interessante. Ogni video ricetta propone un metodo di cottura che, una volta imparato, può esser usato per creare altre ricette. I video sono molto facili da seguire e si possono poi leggere molte informazioni aggiuntive su ogni scheda di approfondimento. Un video corso davvero completo!

Video corso perfetto per chi ha bisogno di partire da zero. I video sono molto chiari, ogni passaggio è spiegato con grande chiarezza, le schede di approfondimento sono un ulteriore aiuto. Ci sono anche molto foto e spiegazioni aggiuntive che ho trovato molto utili. Molte delle ricette sono dei classici, però spiegati con una metodologia che spiega il perchè di ogni metodo di cottura. Molto bella l'idea di aggiungere scene di Venezia alla fine di ogni video. Molte zone le conoscevo già, altre vorrei andarle a vedere di persona . ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO.

Easy to follow clear instructions with a bit of history along the way. Step by step points , Great for those wanting to grasp the basics ( and more ) of Italian cooking . Gioia makes it seem so easy then when you try it , it is ! Little hints and tips are provided which help to really bring flavour to foods. There are also a variety of videos from vegetarian to ,meat and fish . All with a clear ingreditent list . Love the snapshot videos of Venice as well ! Highly reccomend -well worth it !

I wanted to get back into cooking, especially Italian cooking. These online classes have encouraged me to cook all the time now. I learned so much especially on how to make a proper sauce.
