L'olio mi sembra buono, insomma al di sopra della sufficienza e molto delicato all'assaggio, non sono un esperto, noterei solo se fosse andato a male. Invece il sistema delle chiusure delle bottiglie è da rivedere. La prima bottiglia l'ho dovuta restituire perchè aperta. Con la seconda invece ho avuto difficoltà nell'utilizzo. Presenta infatti un sistema di versamento che è costituito da un dosatore che dovrebbe regolare l'uscita. Il problema è che l'uscita dell'olio era molto limitata e non era regolabile.

A wonderful tour of the winery and overview of the family history. Cesare was so knowledgeable and passionate about the wine production and the land. Very impressive. We highly recommend this tour!

This is the best visit to the winery I have ever experienced. Our guide Cesare was able to convey more information about the complex process of producing wine than anyone I have ever heard before. He made it so easy to understand whilst also providing a lot of very interesting details about the challenges of changing climate, the ever present difficulty of pruning the vines to suit the weather that will be coming that particular year, the need to build good soil structure and many more issues. The process of turning the harvested grapes into wine was fascinating from the details of using the natural process of fermentation but controlling it to produce what we want in wine rather what it would do left to its own devices through to the details of the latest ceramic vessels that may replace oak barrels for storage.And after the engrossing tour of the cellars and the fields came the tour of the historic family house and then a really wonderful meal cooked to very old family recipes accompanied by the wines we had just learned about. Thank you so much Cesare and family.

Absolutely a comprehensive experience. Educational, factual historical and interesting account of the winery and its evolution and development. Centuries in the creation.Caesar spoke with passion and extensive knowledge of his craft and family history.The wine varieties presented were exquisite (as was the local food accompaniments)!10/10 definitely worth a visit!!

We had a fantastic experience, with an interesting historical look back into the history of the family and the estate.In addition, we were given a tour of the vineyard and the wine cellar. Wine tasting which included lunch, which was very enjoyable, both food and wine.Cesare was a great host. Cesare was an extremely knowledgeable guide and the lunch was so much fun with the wine pairings. I would definitely include a return visit next time I am in Tuscany.

Amazing experience!Cesare is the owner of the vineyard, he will explain all the growing details and so much beyond on the agriculture of the wine.We got amazing cheese with amazing homemade oil.3 types of wine bottles to taste.Would highly recommend this one!
