I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff were super friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. Location was perfect, rooms were warm and clean. Breakfast on the top floor was nice and simple everything that you would need! A really nice cosy hotel!

We stayed here our last night in Palermo and they arrange transfer to the airport.Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel with public gathering space for us to enjoy our final evening in Sicily.

Ottima accoglienza, molto attenti ai clienti. Camera comoda e confortevole, colazione ottima. La posizione è invidiabile, la sera si può uscire e cenare in qualunque localino nei dintorni, vicinissimo alla libreria Modus e alla Dudi, dietro il Politeama, perfetto per un fine settimana o anche più. Il problema del parcheggio è facilmente risolvibile grazie a un'autorimessa dove si può parcheggiare con una piccola spesa extra.

Hotel molto centrale a Palermo. Purtroppo ho avuto problemi di pulizia con la camera risolto il 3 giorno su 5. In generale la struttura è moderna e accogliente, buona la colazione. Parcheggio limitato che èancheil deposito per la biancheria pulita, imbustata ma riposta in un luogo di passaggio delle auto e in un ambiente non proprio pulito. Si potrebbe fare molto di più

A 4 passi d centro, nuovo funzionale e con personale più che cordiale , unico neo se volgiamo trovarlo il login del Wi-Fi macchinoso che va un po' seguito in caso di Smart working.

I booked this place since it was really close for the bus stop to the airport and Palermo was not always pleasant to walk at night. So I didn’t have much expectations. But when I arrived I was surprised in a good way! The hotel is nice designed. The room was very cozy and super clean! I was enjoying the stay!My window was facing an other house but I feel like it was amazing cause it was just so quite. In compression to other places in Sicily it was the most peaceful night I had.The staff were also very nice!!

Il personale all'accoglienza è eccezionale, la colazione è buona e anche abbastanza il panorama dove si consuma, che però va raggiunto con l'ascensore o a piedi con autorizzazione. Le stanze sono discrete e pulite, ma devono essere più attenti a pulire i particolari. Ci vorrebbero le retine per evitare a zanzare o insetti di entrare. La posizione è ortima

I am not happy with the hotel I booked. First of all I asked for a taxi to be booked by the hotel. The hotel replied and said I can get a taxi from arrivals and it would only be 50 euros. Because the hotel did not bother to book the taxi for me I was charged 65 euros. The lady with the glasses at the reception desk was kind and welcoming, this was the only good thing about the hotel. At first glance the hotel seemed nice but the bedding was dirty with questionable bodily fluids on the sheets like dried period blood. There were dead bugs on the bedding and on the sofa and in the fridge, we therefore did not take anything from the fridge. Inside the drawers were dirty. We felt dirty and itchy staying there but after paying this we had no choice. The least I would expect for paying € 1,538.53 plus 16 euros city tax would be for it to be clean. This was a birthday present for my mum and it was not at all up to her standards or mine. This was not at all worth € 1,538.53 plus 16 euros city tax and had I known we would never have stayed. We contacted the reception regarding the dirty room and the noise also. My mum asked to have coffees in the upstairs bar/restaurant. She was told by an obnoxious woman “this is a restaurant” who then laughed with her colleagues. I then asked the receptionist if we were allowed to just have coffee in the restaurant and he said “yes of course”. I am completely disgusted with the way my mum was spoken to. Furthermore the Wi-Fi did not work and I have had to use all the data on my phone and pay for more. I wish I had never stayed at this hotel and we could not wait to leave. The hotel have refused to return any of my money for a horrific stay. There is a way to treat people and this is not it. They have no absolutely no respect for the tourists paying for their hotel. I am disgusted.
