Aún sin hablar del todo inglés e italiano disfrute mucho la clase de Marco. Verlo cocinar junto con nosotros y compartir muchos datos además de los específicos sobre los platos q cocinamos hoy fue muy enriquecedor para mí. Lo recomiendo como un paso más para aprender sobre este mundo hermoso que es cocinar y comer pasta.

Absolutely amazing class. Would recommend this to anyone who has the time while they're traveling. Chef Davide does great at including everyone in the lesson, emphasizing techniques that will make your pasta better, and he shared his recipes with the class afterwards. This was our favorite day of our trip to Italy! Thanks again chef!

A must! For anyone that has any desire to learn the art of pasta making, this is the class for you!We saw online that there wasn’t availability, I emailed the team and they managed to squeeze me and my girlfriend on to a class! I am great full they did! Simone hosted us, what a great character, chef and mentor!He was calming and welcoming with the right amount of humour!We shaped three types of pasta after making our own dough.We watched three pasta dish recipe’s come together and two guests, including myself, were invited to help Simone cook and prepare the dishes! Thanks once again, an experience of a lifetime!Ps. Simone is a legend!

GRAN clase! Michele es un increíble, hizo muy divertida y amena la clase, las 3 horas se me pasaron volando aprendiendo a hacer 4 tipos de pasta con 4 tipos de salsas, todas deliciosas!! No puedo recomendarlo más.

We had the most wonderful time at Pasta Class Florence! Michele was welcoming, so talented & funny and created a fun, informative and delicious class. And they provided lots of wine in addition to the great pasta! We took the sommelier pairing class and enjoyed that added benefit. The food was some of the best we had in our entire time in Italy. Michele even shared an Apple Note with all of his Florence recommendations (and other things like his favorite pans) which was very kind and a sweet personal touch. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

Pasta Class Florence with Marco was a wonderful experience. Marco was an amazing teacher who provided excellent knowledge and a fun time! Everything was delicious, including the bottomless wine. Would definitely recommend this class to anyone who enjoys cooking, eating, or having a good time!

Amazing cooking class! Got to learn how to make different pasta with accompanying sauces! So delicious. The attention to detail was second to none, to the wine served and the really cool playlist while we cooked. Thank you so much. Would recommend to anyone visiting Florence for a few days. An experience to remember.

Took the class with my husband for our honeymoon and couldn’t have had a better experience! Andrea was super fun, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were at home. He gave us some really good tips and recommendations of places to go while we’re in Florence. The dishes came out really tasty and the wine was really good. This was 100% worth it and absolutely recommend!

Pasta Class Florence
I have taken many cooking classes, this is by the far the best! We arrived and were immediately welcomed, given wine and an apron. The entire night was a blast! We learned so much, not just about making pasta, but cooking in general. I highly recommend this class for anyone traveling to Florence! It will probably end up being the highlight of your trip, it definitely was mine!
