I went into the shop with my SO (who is Italian), to see what products they have. We eat a lot of GF products and I was in need of some new hair products since moving to Salerno. I reached for an un-sealed bottle of dry shampoo and the two shop ladies (I'm guessing it's run by a mother/daughter duo) immediately started to yell NO NO NO" at me

Con tutte le problematiche che abbiamo oggi ci sono anche persone che te le fanno dimenticare,ho trovato due signore realmente competenti e cortesi,ti mettono a tuo agio senza soverchiarti e cercano di capire i tuoi reali problemi dandoti la soluzione migliore. Locale ben tenuto,pulito e igienicamente corretto secondo le norme come d'altronde anche le due titolari. Concludendo,un biopoint per il corpo,per lo spirito e per ritrovare un po' di sana socialità. Grazie

C'è poco da dire due commesse semplicemente deliziose e prodotti ottimi e con prezzi accettabili se abitassi a Salerno andrei li ogni giorno

I visited the shop because it drew my attention because of interesting range of products. I saw little jars which looked like candles (I have exact jar which is the candle). I opened it to smell it (as you do while buying candles) and it turned out to be a cream. So, I closed it because it wasn't what I was looking for. The second I put it on the shelf the older woman (probably the owner) came to me immediately and started to shout (!) at me in Italian. I calmly explained in my poor Italian that I don't understand her and asked her to use translator if she wanted to say something to me. After few minutes of heated conversation she said that I have to buy the product because I opened it! I didn't use it or touch it at all. She even pointed at the camera that she's recording everything (she made me feel like I did something horrible). I've never experienced such impolite and rude costumer service and I extremely advise you against visiting this shop. If she doesn't want people to open her products there should be a note that you can see from the entrance or the products should be secured from opening them. At the end, I was forced to buy the product even though I didn't use it at all ! If you don't want to be screamed at in front of other people I strongly advise you to avoid this costumer-unfriendly shop!
