An excellent hotel owned and run by the very competent and helpful Luca. Lovely spacious rooms.Strongly recommended.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our honeymoon. We stayed in a double room with amazing mountain view, including a balcony. Loved the wood ceiling and furniture. Everything worked well, especially the wifi. Breakfast had great variety and taste. Espresso-based drinks and eggs were made-to-order and exquisitely presented. Note that the room did not come with a fridge or kettle. From our experience, I have no doubt that reception can help you if you need those items.

Amenities/ Room: 5/5Service: 1/5The wood floors and furniture created a great atmosphere and scent in the room. But due to poor service, we ended up paying 200 Euros extra. They told us “there is breakfast for you from 730-10am”, which implied that we had breakfast. So the next day we went down for breakfast and ate pretty mediocre food. We were informed later in the day that we didn’t have breakfast in our package (which is our fault for not double checking) and we’d all be charged an extra 25 Euros each. They told us that the person in charge was too busy waiting tables to check whether we were on the breakfast list… which is unfortunate for them, but not an excuse.Honestly, all of that is fine, we owned up to the communication error to what we saw was a two sided problem. But we were unhappy with how they handled the situation1. No apology for the inconvenience or price. Both parties messed up here but only we were willing to own up fault.2. They tried to gaslight us into believing that they’d reminded us that we didn’t have breakfast, but all 8 of us didn’t remember that.3. When I confronted them about the issue, the receptionist ended the conversation by saying “we don’t give discounts”, despite the fact that I hadn’t asked for that or really anything. It was so random and off putting.4. No compensation in any form.

Hotel magnifico, servizi efficienti e staff super gentile. Una settimana bellissima anche per via della loro compagnia e professionalità.Lo consiglio vivamente!

Io mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti. L’albergo ci è piaciuto moltissimo, e spero che la prossima volta che passeremo in zona di poter alloggiare ancora li. Mi è stata data un junior suite, categoria superiore a quella che avevo richiesto e senza sovrapprezzo. Camera bellissima e pulitissima. Molto simpatiche le ragazze della reception e che gestivano anche la prima colazione. Si sono inoltre adoperate per farmi trovare l’indispensabile per la mia intolleranza al lattosio.

Bellissimo hotel, look moderno ma accogliente, posizione centralissima.Super camera (suite), e bagno grande , tutto molto curato e pulito, con tanto di balcone e vista sul Baranci.Colazione a dir poco spettacolare, con prodotti locali di alta qualità ed alcuni prodotti,come le uova, preparati al momento, non è da tutti.Ci torneremo sicuramente!Consigliato a tutti!

The hotel was fabulously located. The rooms were clean, however the bathroom could do with an update. The service was second to none. Marianna on reception went above and beyond to assist us in organising a bus to Lago di Braies to start the Alta Via 1 hike. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Easily one of the best hotel that I’ve ever went to. The place is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Pictures on the website cannot show how good this place is in reality.Breakfast is excellent. Almost all the pastries we tried are top quality and very delicious. The restaurant is also very clean and modern while still has a very homey feel.The service is also excellent. Everyone is very nice and helpful. When I asked for sightseeing tips, they made an effort to show directions and real pictures to help me. The people here are the most polite and the nicest one I’ve met on my 3-weeks trip in Italy.

Meraviglioso albergo immerso in una location splendida con le cime dolomitiche da sfondo, nella via centrale di Dobbiaco. Ottimo il servizio di reception, camere confortevoli, ben arredate e pulizia impeccabile. Ottima la colazione. Molto raccomandato. 5 stelle.

Hotel Simpaty di nome e di fatto....tutto il personale super disponibile e professionale, educato e sorridente il che non è poco, inoltre l'ambiente pulitissimo e funzionale con vari angolini molto carini. Colazione ottima! Posizione strategica! Consigliatissimo!
