A great place hidden out of the way but with views over the city and close enough for a short drive into town.Great facilities in the apartment with all you could need.It was a but difficult to find but the host came and guided us back.Nice looking pool but not warm enough weather for us to try out.

Last week we stayed here for a few days. I had first tried to book through booking.com but this went wrong due to a technical defect. I then called the manager who helped us very well. Furthermore, the apartments are clean and comfortable. The approach route is special. The residential area on via Bronte is not very inviting, but number 26 turns out to be the entrance to a resort with beautiful villas. The garden is nicely decorated with a heated swimming pool with bubble area, seating areas and hammocks, with a great view of Palermo. Host Guiseppe is very friendly, available and gave some good advises about the area. Highly recommended to stay. Grazie Mille! Tanya & Family.

Una meravigliosa location sopra Palermo dove la tranquillità è di casa!!Il titolare e il suo team non sono da meno la loro disponibilità è veramente al 100% per esaudire tutte le vostre richieste!!Una location adatto anche per cani di piccola taglia come i nostri!!!Grazie mille di tutto e al prossimo anno!!!!!!!!

First of all, I have to say that Placido is very nice and he is a gem. He even took me to the supermarket for shopping. Thank you Placido!!!Then, there is the house and the location to discuss. If you plan to stay here then you'll need a car because there is nothing around and the region doesn't have anything to offer. You'll need to go to the city center of Palermo and that's a 28-30€ ride. There are no public transportation neither. So, if you plan to stay isolated then ok fine, otherwise you will get eventually bored and feel stuck.The swimming pool, I couldn't try because it was chilly and it is not heated as booking claims! Also, it is much smaller than in the picture ( you can see by yourself).The view from the resort is not that amazing: it's mainly houses and the area is highly urbanized (see picture) with one side on the mountain.Concerning the house. It is clean but nothing beautiful or fancy especially that furnitures are ugly and old. If you are used to certain standards then this will disappoint you.The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the pillows as well. Also, the smell of the sewer is horrible in the bathroom even if they put house parfum everywhere!Pictures are below so you can have a clear idea.Finally, keep in mind that you share the house with others, so if your neighbors are noisy and listen to loud music, slam doors all day or play in the fun room until after midnight, then your vacation will turn to a nightmare. It was the case for me.I wouldn't come back but thank you for the hospitality.
