We hired Chef Anthony to prepare a birthday celebration dinner while we were in Venice for 19 people. He exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend. Professional, fun, and food was amazing. Thank you Chef!!

Some friends and I rented Villa Saraceno and wanted a private chef to come in for our last meal there. Chef Anthony not only listened to our specific request, but nailed a menu that had us drooling from the first read. Communication during the planning phase was incredibly easy and fast, he arrived at the agreed upon time with Marco, was kind enough to stop cooking to answer questions and also allow my husband to take a bunch of photos. The food was incredible, not to mention the perfect wine pairing to match each course. Cannot recommend his services enough!! Great virtual cooking class; Chef Anthony was fun, friendly, and very helpful. Excellent gnocchi with cheese sauce!

Every course of the 5 course seafood delight was characteristic of the fantastic creativity of Chef Enton. His choice of complimentary wines for each course was spot on. From the porcini mushrooms and scallops to his original designed Philadelphia cream cheese and fruit dessert scored a 10 in my book. Looking forward to another out of this world creation.

We had an absolutely amazing time with Chef Anthony in Venice. He arrived at our Airbnb flat in the afternoon to prepare a chef’s tasting of all for which the region around Venice is best known. He fully exceeded our expectations. I was nearly in tears after the first bite.The full menu included 9 different food items and 2 different bottles of wine, all of which were regionally specific. Additionally, he created an ambiance that was exactly what you would want from an experience like this. We shopped at the local fruit market for some last minute items together, and he set a beautiful table with the elements available to us in our flat.It was an experience that we will never forget. I highly recommend his services, along with his gracious company, if you have the opportunity.

We had the chance to do a virtual class with Anthony, which was a lot of fun! He was very flexible, could pull this out in a very quick turnaround time, and was super responsive.
