We had friends visiting and booked a private in home class via Cooking with Teresa. Teresa is fun and it was a great learning experience for all ages. She kept things light and we all enjoyed the great tips. Our friends are still talking about the class and will be searching for a pasta making machine when they return to the US.

Teresa is brilliant! I have loved every class I have taken so far. Absolutely wonderful experience! Teresa was perfect with the kids, extremely family friendly, delicious dishes and overall just a great time. If you want an authentic Italian cooking experience, this is it.

Teresa is a wonderful teacher! I went with my family and we all loved it. We opted to make 3 different sauces and homemade pasta. Teresa has a knack for making her lessons accessible, informative and fun. She does a great job giving us foundational cooking knowledge as well the tips/tricks she has learned in an approachable way. I would recommend this class to anyone I know visiting the area and would come back for another class.

I took a cooking class with Teresa and it was amazing! I learned how to make Strawberry Jam, Panna Cotta, and Strawberry Tiramisu! I highly recommend her cooking classes! She teaches you so much about cooking as well as things about Italy!

Best gnocchi and pesto I’ve ever had… and I helped make it! Teresa was great. Knowledgeable and fun. She makes this an inclusive experience where you can meet people and make friends while learning to make local Italian dishes. 10/10 recommend!

Teresa is an excellent cook and an even better teacher! She gives you many options for a personal cooking experience and does a wonderful job explaining how to make your desired dish! Teresa is engaging and knowledgeable as she interactively teaches Italian recipes. She converts easily to what can still be made in the United States, shares cultural knowledge and you get wonderful food with a wonderful person. She sets up unique opportunities and also provides translation if needed. She is an amazing person to know ! A must in Cordenons!
