Antonio is thee absolute best! He takes his time and explains the “why” behind every step he takes to prepare each part of the meal. And the food was spectacular! Best gnocchi I’ve ever had and meatballs were so savory! Plus the wine selection he offers is top notch! Definitely recommend taking this class.

We had a terrific experience with our evening cooking class. My husband and I were in a small group that attended a lesson on Italian cooking- we made homemade gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, and tiramisu! Everything was delicious and Tony did a fabulous job of including everyone from start to finish! We’ll be back! Thank you for the warm and gracious hospitality!

A wonderful wonderful evening in Sorrento! My husband and I attended with our infant and despite us being worried, we still had a fabulous experience thanks to Antonio and his wife. We make homemade pasta at home frequently and sometimes find these types of classes to be a bit repetitive, but we learned so much with new ingredients and techniques for both pasta and meatballs and cannot wait to try these recipes at home! The food was amazing- definitely recommend! Our group was a mix of families, couples, etc so no matter what group you are traveling with- you should go!

The perfect way to end our stay in Sorrento. Chef Tony was a fantastic teacher and had us laughing all night! Chef had us totally rethink how we cook, and taught us that less is more when it comes to making delicious Italian food. Can’t wait to try these recipes back at home #teamchicago

Fantastic experience with a very friendly chef and other people who joined our class.Antonino showed us how easy it is to make a very tasty Italian meal from scratch, with good humour and great tips along the way.I would highly recommend this experience for anyone who is interested in learning some cooking, getting tips and of course enjoy a tasty meal with nice people.

Che dire! È stata una totale sorpresa! Da vicentini siamo stati accolti da amici del posto in questo fantastico angolo di cucina. Pochi coperti nonché un’unica tavolata per sentirsi a casa. “Quanto basta” come dice Tonino.Mangiato divininamente i sapori del luogo ma il ricordo più grande che ci porteremo da questo posto sarà sicuramente l’amore verso la cucina di Tonino e Peppe. Difatti aver mangiato qui per noi non è stata solo un’esperienza culinaria ma bensì un’esperienza di vita considerando la bellissima chiacchierata con Tonino e Peppe (protagonisti veri e proprio della cucina dell’amato Sud). Consigliatissimo, impossibile venire a Sorrento e non mangiare qui.

ESPERIENZA UNICA!!Osservare lo chef che cucina davanti a voi i piatti scelti, condividendo e spiegandovi i segreti delle ricette, rende questo ristorante un luogo unico.Tutti gli ingredienti sono freschissimi e di alta qualità. Mangiato divinamente!

Chef Tony was amazing. So was Joseph! We did the seafood option and had the best time making salt crusted fish, home made pasta, and the wine was delicious. It was an intimate but fun experience. I recommend this to anyone! Thank you Tony!
