Im on my honeymoon and I was so excited to get yarn from each of our stops. LELLABELLA was so great! It is owned by a mother and daughter who sell beautiful handmade knits. The owner (daughter) was so helpful! I showed her the projects I wanted to purchase yarn for and she helped me figure out how much I needed and which skeins would be best. Prices were very reasonable. I spent $106 and bought enough yarn for one adult sweater and two baby sweaters. Definitely recommend visiting on your trip to Venice :)

Stumbled upon this wonderful shop when in Venice just before Christmas. The lady was helpful and friendly. The selection is great and if a knitter a great souvenir of your time in Venice. We were lucky enough to be shown the wonderful way the shop copes with flooding. I will definitely visit again the next time I am in Venice.

To be avoided if you have tattoos/an alternative look, my partner and I both have tattoos and long/brightly coloured hair, we look forward to visiting new yarn shops in the various cities we travel to and were excited to see there was one in Venice, unfortunately the woman working at the store that day was incredibly unwelcoming, she stared my partner up and down and scowled at us throughout our, thankfully,short look around the shop, the whole experience was somewhat threatening and definitely not what we expected from the other reviews we had read.My partner, who has worked in a yarn shop was incredibly disappointed to see this, had we known of this before we wouldn't have bothered visiting. Knitting should be a safe space for everyone, regardless of how you present yourself.

Delightful yarn store in Venice. It was a little tricky to find as google maps can be a bit odd with all the close buildings. I have added pics of the front to make it a little easier.The store is selling yarn and some knitted garments. No notions, no accessories as far as I saw.I was able to pick up some beautiful Italian alpaca as a momento of my visit.If you are like me and love to grab a skein or two from a city visited this is a easy win.Service was friendly and my poor Italian was enough to get by.

You know it’s an authentic yarn shop when the assistant has her own WIP happening on the shop counter :-) Quaint little wool/knitting shop in the heart of Venice, had to take something bright and sparkly home to knit a reminder of this special city.

The only major yarn store in the centre. Small, professional, family run, with a good selection of various yarns (merino, linen, mohair etc). Prices a bit fancy, but experience and owner was quite lovely.It's situated before the bridge next to lots of other stores, so pop in on your way to Rialto!
