Insensato fare una review per la boutique di uno dei marchi tra i più raffinati e storici, ma Google insiste...

In JLC di via Monte Napoleone ho trovato accoglienza e professionalità.La disponibilità della signora Chiara e di tutti i suoi colleghi è stata davvero unica.In boutique ho vissuto un esperienza come in un viaggio importante nel mondo dell’orologeria mostrandomi i segnatempo tra i più preziosi della manifattura Jaeger-Le Coultre con finiture di eccellenza realizzate ad opera d’arte. Grazie

Boutique raffinata.

Had the pleasure of speaking to SA Cristina and Vivien. Really nice and took the time to explain and let me try on the timepiece I enquired. Even offered me drinks especially on a hot day. Felt great as a customer because other high end boutiques nearby such as Rolex, AP and Patek SAs don’t even care. Some are just downright rude and don’t even bother to serve you - they really need to step it up. Thank you for the hospitality and great service experience!

SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT There is a big problem with honesty in this shop. I don’t recommend buying anything from them. I brought a time piece for service and they have a rule that if you refuse their full quote they charge you €150.00. What a scam. They then proceed to quote you for unnecessary repairs and you refuse those but agree for the rest they refuse to service the time piece and charge you €150,00 saying that YOU refused the quote…With that kind of attitude how can you be sure they sell you genuine pieces??Just go to the PISA watch shop next door, you’ll get a better and more honest experience.
