This is a typical salumeria/ grocery store offering a great selection of local Sicilian meats, cheeses, olives, eggs, and other fresh products. They also have packaged foods and household essentials - not a wide variety, but everything you might need at home.The owners are incredibly friendly, and passionate about sharing typical Sicilian food products with customers, even if your Italian is poor. I have never had such delicious or carefully sliced and packaged mortadella, salumi, or some of the local cheese varieties and olive mixes they sell.There are 4 tables of outdoor seating beneath a canopy, and they offer fresh-made panini, tagliere, and other simple (but delicious) food. There is a small selection of beer, wine, and soft drinks for takewaway or to have with your meal.

Popped by here today for the first time wanting a panini. The produce on offer looked incredibly fresh. Being vegan, I ordered aubergine, sun dried tomatoes, olives and artichokes on some tasty bread. It was delicious. The staff don’t speak any English but were incredibly friendly and accommodating. 2 x panini and a bag of crisps for €6.5. Fantastic value and can’t wait to visit again.

We came in for laundry detergent and tried the sun dried tomatoes: WOW. 5⭐️

Hidden gem! Great fresh meats and cheeses and a lovely owner who was so kind and eager to have us try different things! Definitely recommend.
