Simag

Not a great experience with Simag. It did not work from the moment we plugged it in. Before it had even made a batch of ice we had made our first service call to the distributor, as the Evaporator Sensor was out of order. They sent a technician who was able to repair it, only for it to break again one week later. I again called the distributor, this time to return the machine as it is clearly faulty, but I was told that a refund would not be possible as following the proper channels meant the technician would have to deem it incapable of being fixed. We have spent over $200 in bagged ice through this downtime, while a $4000 machine sits idle. I'm just not impressed with the brand and I wouldn't recommend it to other bar or restaurant owners.
