Qualità/Prezzo 5In camera abbiamo trovato tende strappate, doccia e porta asciugamani rotti.Accoglienza 7Se non fosse per il problema del garage.Se ci tenete alla Vostra macchina non lasciatela in custodia, l’abbiamo ritrovata sporca dentro e fuori, e scarica nonostante ci avessero assicurato il servizio di ricarica (possiedo vettura elettrica). Ci hanno chiesto di avvisare 15 minuti prima dell’arrivo per evitare di attendere all’esterno, essendo la strada del palazzo molto stretta si sarebbe intasato il traffico, e così è stato, nonostante li avessimo avvisati il driver ci ha fatto attendere 20 minuti all’esterno.Colazione 4In un palazzo storico ed elegante non ti aspetti una colazione così striminzita, caffè e cappuccino imbevibili.Qualche cura in più nei dettagli è doverosa, il prezzo non vale il soggiorno.

My fiance literally had tears in her eyes from our room. Will make sure whenever I visit Florence again, this is the place to stay

We stayed here in 2019 - very nice hotel; not on a Main Street so quieter at night. It is on upper levels so it’s the elevator or the stairs.

Perfect location for your visit to Florence. In walking distance to all attractions. Room was in excellent condition and perfect for self catering trip.

Hotel in un palazzo storico di Firenze, in centro e a pochi passi da tutti i punti di interesse della città. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Sara che con molta gentilezza, attenzione e disponibilità ha reso la nostra permanenza a Firenze davvero gradevole. La camera era molto spaziosa, arredata molto bene e l’hotel in generale sempre pulito e ordinato.

The location is nice but that’s what the one star is for.We checked in we were told the breakfast was included and on our third day after eating breakfasts for two mornings he tells us sorry you’re no longer able to have breakfast and it’s not included. This wasn’t a lavish breakfast it’s just yogurt croissant and coffeeAfter check in we went to our room and it had bugs in it so we asked him to help clear them out. He said close the window and gave us a can of bug spray. Mind you we have a child with us and this guy is handing me toxic bug sprayIt was super hot so we asked him to turn on the AC he said he has to do it from his desk. We left the hotel for dinner and came back and our room was boiling hot. By then there was another guy at the reception who was also more rude if not equally explains that the AC unit is central and not enough guests are asking for the AC so we are not going to turn it on. We asked for a fan and he argued that till death to say we can’t have a fan in the room because your child can put their fingers in it. He asked me what are other kinds of fans I showed him the blade-less and tower fans. He was extremely rude and disrespectful and resorted to telling us we can leave the hotel!I saw other guest complaining about the quality of the hotel and the breakfast

Posto incantevole e fiabesco situato nel pieno centro di Firenze.Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte per un impegno di lavoro ma davvero la location è favolosa e suggestiva.Palazzo antico, dal quale si accede per entrare nell’hotel.Personale gentilissimo e davvero disponibile.Camere da mille e una notte, con bagno grande, e vasca da bagno annessa.Frigo bar della camera Ben fornito, con alcune chicche come lo champagne.Colazione in cima al palazzo, tra le case. Stupendo.Unica pecca il servizio di parcheggio ed entrare nella zona a traffico limitato…il navigatore ti porta anche nelle zone pedonali, bisogna fare attenzione.

Me and my husband stayed 5 nights in this hotel and it was a great experience. Very beautiful, well taken care of, authentic and atmospheric, very friendly and hospitable staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone, it made our stay in Florence perfect.
