Great view, friendly staff, lovely big room but the kitchenette was not stocked with cutlery or crockery and the fridge didn't work.

Stunning location amidst mountains. The drive there was scenic and breathtaking. The hotel itself is older thus the rooms are ok. No kettle in the room but comes with a small kitchenette which is empty and you have to pay a fee to have it stocked with utilities. The pool inside was great as it is thermal and you recieve a voucher for local baths which is nice. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast is awesome.

Very nice hotel frozen in time for last 40 years. Can't say it is bad, that ambience brings some very special feelings. In late nights you feel like in Overlook Hotel from The Shining" movie. But overall it produces some sadness

When we arrived for the spa, they told us that they have to drain the pool an hour later. The pool was dirty and the sauna was only with reservation. The whole wellness area was untended.

Very nice hotel with thermes. Big sbd comfortable rooms with nice view. Very helpful stuff.

Friendly owner, friendly staff. Room were roomy and had fantastic views of the mountains. Generally the hotel is dated but full of character, I have a very pleasant stay and would definitely return when I visit Leukerbad again

Staff were very nice, the main part of the building has a nice character and many details that make you feel at home. The part where my big room was, was less well maintained. Several things were broken. Cleanliness was not an issue, though.
