One of best places I have stayed at. Thoughtful, modern, comfortable, recently renovated, nice and lovely. Loved the the tea corner, the interior design, calm colors, quality of bed, linens, furniture. Really a charming and pleasant place to stay. Clear instructions how to access and how to feel inside like at home. All details are welcoming.

Amazing guesthouse near the historic city centre.Nicola has been an incredible host, very caring and generous who helped make our stay a wonderful one.The rooms are very well decorated, spacious and have everything you need.I absolutely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Florence :))

Posizione buona per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, così come tutti gli ambienti in comune. Personale gentilissimo. Il proprietario un vero gentleman. Colazione servita e ricca di ogni cosa.Consigliatissimo!!

Loved our stay, place was fantastic and owners were very kind and genuine. They even set us up with a contact to buy 'nuovo oilo' - the fresh olive oil.The breakfasts were delightful and I felt so taken care of when they were made for usI wish the location was a little closer in, but not a big deal because we love walking, and especially in the beautiful streets of Firenze. If you're not into walking cabs are readily available.

Favorite place to stay during our trip in Toscane. Hosts are really nice, always friendly and helpful.The rooms are also really nice and clean. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the main centre of Firenze so it’s nearby! We would love to visit Terra again anytime soon. Also the breakfast is really recommended as you can see on the pictures. Struttura meravigliosa, situata in centro, dove ci vogliono 15 minuti a piedi per visitare tutti i punti della città. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera Dante, spaziosa, arredata con uno stile ricercatissimo e con gran gusto, moderna ed elegante, luminosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutti comfort dei quali un letto grandissimo e comodissimo, una bellissima vasca in camera(che abbiamo adorato),un bel divanetto ,TV e bagno spazioso oltre che bello. Uno di quei posti che quando vai via ti piange il cuore.Sala colazioni super accogliente, e la colazione fantastica, abbondante, sempre fresca, ricercata, preparata al momento e varia di giorno in giorno, non potrei mai riuscire a spiegare quanto ci sia piaciuta, perché é veramente troppo buona. Ho amato le uova strapazzate di Patricia, super cremose e la mia ragazza ha adorato i cornettini caldi, i mini muffin, i biscottini freschi e lo yogurt con il miele, ma anche il resto era squisito.Un bel plus in più é stato il poter avere il pacchetto Romance, che comprendeva al nostro arrivo in camera : una bottiglia di prosecco rosé, cioccolatini a volontà, delle rose bellissime e un bigliettino pesonalizzato.Molto più che romantico.Un immenso grazie per tutto questo.A volte ci si dimentica quanto lavoro ci sia dietro, ma ci teniamo a ringraziarvi tantissimo io e la mia compagna.Grazie Giuliana per la tua dolcezza e professionalità oltre che al tuo tatto e alle tue attenzioni.Grazie Nicola e Patricia per aver messo su tutto questo é per averci coccolati e per aver reso in nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.Un saluto affettuosoGiulia e Giuseppe

The stay in the Terra Artis guest house was lovely. It's a very nice atmosphere, clean, modern and very helpful and friendly employees. At night it was quiet. We had about 15min walk to the dome. The breakfast was amazing, fresh fruits, yoghurt and bread. We felt very comfortable there.
