Molto molto gentile

Owner knocked our bag off the counter, broke 40€ worth of ceramics from other shops, blamed us for it, and didn’t apologize. Horrendous service.

Had the worst experience in Italy yet at this store as the lady there was incredibly rude and aggressive. One star is one too many for this place.I had my shirt off and walked into the store to do some souvenir shopping as it was incredibly hot, on my way to the beach, and just seemed like there were many others on the street doing so while shopping.A couple minutes later into shopping in the store I hear a lady say very rudely and aggressively “go to the beach if you don’t wear a shirt!”. I looked over as I was quite shocked and she was making hand gestures and everything so I just walked out. No where at the entrance did it say please wear a shirt and even if there was there were many ways this lady could’ve approached this but she chose to approach it in a rude and aggressive manner. I would have been more than happy to put my tank top on which I had in my bag and respect her store rules if she had approached the situation in a kind manner.Shame on this shop owner as it seems like this is nothing new for her.

My daughter purchased 2 pots labeled for 9 euros each and 1 octopus labeled for 23 euros and she got charged 120 euros. I couldn’t believe they scammed her and wish I’d been at the counter with her. The lady was aggressive and immediately pulled off the price tags and charged what she wanted

Left without purchasing anything unfortunately due to poor customer service.

저는 10월 11일에 방문했습니다. 정산하느라 영수증 정리하다 들어와봤네요. 오. . . 리뷰를 봤으면 아예 들어가지도 않았겠지만- 어쨌든 사장님은 모두에게 공평한 차가운 분이었나봅니다. 인종차별이라고까진 느끼지 않았고 딱히 불친절하다고도 생각하진 않았습니다. 다만 구매한 고객한테도 테라스에 진열된 아름다운 상품들의 사진을 찍지 못하게 하는 것이 다소 섭섭하다는 생각이 들었습니다. 그래도 그녀는 우리에게 본인들의 작품 저작권을 지켜달라고 설명했기 때문에 부당하다고까진 생각하지 않았습니다. 사진촬영 금지라고 애초에 쓰여있긴 했거든요. 그래서 물건을 사면서 한 번 더 물었기 때문에 서로 선을 지킬 수 있었던 것 같네요. 포지타노를 짧게 돌아보며 솔방울 기념품점을 몇 군데 봤는데 개중 여기 솔방울이 가장 마음에 들어 구매했고 물건에 대해서는 아주 만족합니다.

Such a bad experience with this store! We were wanting to buy some dishes and as we were about to take a photo the lady comes out and starts yelling at us. We apologised as we didn't see the sign that was placed quite low however she continued to yell at us. We left in hurry without purchasing anything. No wonder their store is empty and their shelves are full - they excel at driving customers away!

Gentilezza questa sconosciuta, posto da evitare abbiamo preso una calamita e abbiamo visto il terrazzo, volevamo fate una foto e la signora è stata scortese dicendo con brutti modi le foto sono vietate.Siete a positano sorridete

Agreed with all the one star reviews as we just experienced the same rude attitude from probably the same lady , wish I had read the reviews beforehand l
