Prezzi assurdi, sopra quelli di Zara! Qualità peggio di quella di PRIMARK! Perdita di tempo

Prezzi davvero competitivi per capi a volte davvero interessanti, ovviamente non firmati da stilisti famosi ma molto più belli e meno stupidi!

Terrible service and you should be ready being deceived by them! Be careful! Even the price on the label would be wrong, I took the socks where was the label with the 5,99 I came to the cashier and payed. I just gave the card, after a few seconds I looked at the receipt ( and surprise, surprise!) they sold me for 7,99! I came back to her in one sec and ask her a refund , she refused me! It is possible only change to another but you cannot take your own money for THEIR mistake, when I said her that it is not my fault that they showed me the wrong price, she replied it is not her fault neither. Her attitude was horrible, she behave like a spoiled queen. Moreover, she added it is not her problem at all! There is a small island of small products like socks, and entire on the one side of that the prices were shown in a “wrong” but they don’t care at all. They took advantage on customers, maybe you didn’t even noticed before! Be careful! That cashier or whoever she is didn’t even listen to me. She just repeated and then add it is even my problem, they have such a damn rules , where the customers are wrong. Then she just keep to ignoring me. When I was asking manager, she replied there is no manager. I felt I’m talking with the wall! No respect, no following any rules.P.S. the quality of products as horrible as their service (specially for that price) I’ll never come back to Terranova and strongly recommend avoid that place as much as possible! I’m going to left those review everywhere!

Purtroppo NEGATIVA!!!Comprato mia moglie un pantaloncino che dopo averci ripensato (in quanto. Il costo di 18,99 sembrava eccessivo) la cassiera giovanissima e senza esperienza mi sottolineava che non poteva fare il rimborso in quanto non ero tesserato ! Al prolungarsi della discussione mi ha addirittura riso in faccia come se io e mia moglie non avessimo capito niente, il responsabile addirittura continuava dare torto a mia moglie senza ascoltare neanche il concetto che volevamo esporre!!!! Insomma il cliente a sempre torto……. C’è ne siamo usciti con il pantaloncino pagato ….. INAUDITOMALEDUCAZIONE TOTALE . Mai più in questo negozio ……..

It was good to be here. The clothings I purchased were quite lovely and nicely priced.The staff were kind, patient and accommodating as we could not speak Italian. Rianne, did her best in her kind efforts to get us a taxi to Duomo, even using her own phone to call the taxi company and uber.I forgot my jacket there and when it couldn't be found, she asked me to give her my number, so she could reach out to me incase it was found. The next day it was found and she promptly informed me about it. I got my jacket back!Thanks to the wonderful staff at Terranova Piazza Lima. You are a part of our pleasant experience in Milano.

Ottima posizione!!! In centro piazza Lima!!!! Dipendenti cordiali e simpatici….locale appena ristrutturato, ben rifornito ed è molto organizzato…top !!

Hanno dei prezzi ridicoli, altissimi per la qualità che hanno. Design dei vestiti pessimi. Molto meglio H&M o Primark
