Very nice and meaty bread with beef! Well marinated and cooked. Couple it with the green and spicy sauce for extra kick and it’s perfect. Crowded but they are quick so the wait is bearable. Priced reasonably.

A great option to fill your stomach on a budget, this small shop inside of the mercato centrale offers a good variety of local specialty for good prices.We tried the lampredotto and the bollito sandwich.For just 5 euro I think they are a good deal and the amount of meat inside is definitely a lot.I expected a bit more in terms of flavor from both of them but they were quite mild instead. I have to say this was my first time trying both types of meat.

Esperienza molto grezza che però fa scoprire i veri sapori di Firenze. Personale molto socievole e prezzi modici rispetto alla concorrenza. Il vero pezzo forte é la cucina, in quanto i piatti caratteristici sono deliziosi. Personalmente ho provato il panino con il lampredotto e il panino con il bollito e li consiglierei sicuramente.

This stand is only open Mon-Sat until 3pm, so if you come dinner time or on Sunday, you'll miss it. But honestly you probably don't miss that much because there's another shop upstairs that's open during those times and has a shorter line. I came around 2:30pm and there was a line. I ordered the signature dish lampredotto, and added the red sauce, but it was too bland and i had to add salt myself. I also tried the same dish at the other shop the day before and i couldn't tell the difference, so I'm not sure why there's much hype about this place. I think this is a good place to visit as a touristy spot, but I'm not sure I'll return again.

If you don't eat it, you'll regret it, if you eat it, you'll regret it even more. It was famous, so I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to eat. I don't know if you don't wait, but it's not worth the wait. In particular, it is not strongly recommended for Koreans who know how to eat giblets in the most delicious way. I couldn't find a reason to fill my stomach by wasting time in Italy, where there are so many delicious things. Rather, a bruschetta and a glass of wine on the second floor is a wise choice.

Queues are long but well worth the wait. You need to try both of their famous dishes: lampredotto and trippa. Don't forget to ask for spicy sauce. Incredible flavours.
