No words can express how grateful we are as a family for the love and care that Luca and his wonderful team gave to my mother, Rita whilst she resided at San Vincenzo.Whilst visiting my mother in hospital I began talking to the elderly lady opposite and her son who cared for her in such a loving way. In wasn't until unfortunately the lady passed away that it became apparent this wonderful gentleman wasn't her son, it was in fact Luca.The difficult decision to put my mother into care was made much easier after seeing Luca's care and compassion first hand.San Vincenzo embodies a home from home environment. My mother who was reluctant to leave her home was welcomed with open arms and was cared for 24 hours a day.My sister Rosanna, and I will be forever grateful. There are no words to express how wonderful every member of the team is and how special and loved they made our mother feel throughout her stay. From painting her nails, styling her hair, day trips and pottery classes there was always something happening to make her days filled with fun and laughter.I highly recommend San Vincenzo to any family. This is a care home with a difference. The feel of a family home with dedicated support for your loved one.Thank you to Luca and all the team once again, with love Nando, Rosanna & family.
