Incredibly rude, worst customer service, none of the staff were helpful, no explanations for anything. Lady at the counter started throwing our passport and receipts at us and yelling at us to leave.

I had a very good experience using the self service kiosk. I only needed my passport and credit card, and I was done in a minute. The refund was granted a week later. I believe this was thanks to the way the shop filled the forms when I bought the item.

Thanks to the social distancing practiced, they upgraded to verify thru a machine (for charge card refund only) without mailing the physical receipts & forms like used to be.The staff were very friendly & helpful, even I'm doubt of the speed of procedure has just done in less than 5mins and I'm reconfirms with her twice.P/s: Always ask for tax refund before purchase, staff will fill it thru their system and print it out for you, don't forget passport & same name on charge card.

Experiência horrível. Fui atendido por um senhor muito mal educado e emburrado. Não explicou direito demonstrando muita má vontade no que estava fazendo. Gestos agressivos ao puxar papéis e documentos. Não respondeu nem ao bom dia. Completamente sem educação e sem preparo.

可以把稅金退還給我嗎？等了一個月也聯絡了單位、也寄信過去了，很久我的卡都還沒有收到我的錢！Please give me back money ！退稅的時候人員很不耐煩！欠你錢了嗎？尤其是戴眼鏡的阿姨，不要這麼跩！

Tuvimos que hacer la gestión en unas maquinas que hay a ñado de la aduana. Las máquinas son de Global Blue . Allí pide escanear pasaporte, número de vuelo y una tarjeta de crédito. Tienes que ir a la máquina de la terminal en la que vas a hacer la partida. En nuestro caso Terminal 1.Nos dijeron que se acreditará el dinero 3 días después.Puedes hacer esta gestión hasta 5 horas antes de la partida.ACTUALIZACION: Al día de hoy (agosto 2023) no me han reintegrado el dinero.

Già la seconda volta in due mesi all’aeroporto dì Fiumicino e non a Trepuzzi scalo che i corner global blue sono chiusi ( ore 19,30 dì venerdì) sia all’esterno dei controlli che oltre prima del controllo passaporti. Mi chiedo: per poter accedere al rimborso bisogna arrivare tra le 10,30 e le 12,30 dal martedì al giovedì? Che razza dì servizio alla clientela è questo? Naturalmente capisco che disincentivate fortemente. Complimenti al general manager.
