Molto sconsigliato.Gli amministratori della società sono molto scortesi e cinici e non rispettano quello che loro stessi scrivono sul contratto di affitto.Non sono persone serie ed affidabili.A noi hanno portato via una bicicletta nuova (alla discarica dicono!) perchè un giorno hanno deciso in modo autoritativo, senza neanche una riunione condominiale , di liberare gli spazi nel portabici, incuranti del fatto che, essendo una residenza universitaria, gli studenti potevano non essere presenti in quanto trascorrono lunghi periodi a casa a distanza di molti chilometri.Alle nostre cortesi richieste di poter recuperare la bici, indifferenza assoluta, neanchè una straccio di risposta.

Thieves/ladriThey charged me first for poor painting of my apartment, then after I showed them pictures before and after showing the poor painting was their original fault, they said I did not paint at all. Then I showed the receipts for the painting, and they said again that I painted poorly and charged me both for cleaning AND painting. They don't seem to understand the gap in logic here...They said that my neighbor came over to the apartment and said it was also painted poorly to a Toxon representative. Then my neighbor emailed them to say that he actually said it was painted fine, and HIS apartment was originally painted poorly (in the same quality as mine was originally).These people will make any excuse to take your money. They will even work it out so that the totals add up, no matter what. They are extremely dishonest. Even if you stick to exactly the terms of your lease, they will take your money. They will find a reason to keep every bit of your security deposit, whether it is legal according to the documents you signed or not. Especially if you are not Italian, there is little you can do to get your money back no matter how blatantly they steal it. It doesn't matter if you have receipts, pictures, and personal testimonies. Do NOT rent from these people! They are thieves.
