I am very disappointed in how you treat your customers. I placed an order for a ring which I received on April 20th. After 2 days, two crystals fell out of it. I have placed a complaint and got a repair promise. I've been waiting for a fix since April. You are not replying to my messages. Once I manage to get in touch, I only receive a general confirmation that the case is pending and that once the ring is repaired, I will receive it. How long will I wait. I did not expect such treatment.
