This is the place to by bread in Gaiole. Their multi cereale bread is fantastic and also their schiacciata. They also have excellent cheeses from south of Siena and buffalo products.The bakery that supplies their bread is in a large building on Via Michelangelo Buonarroti near the hardware store on the other side of the street.This summer (2018.) They have tables out on the piazza and you can eat your sandwiches there. This means that they are open all day which is handy if you need to pick up something in the middle of the day for cooking when all the other shops are closed.
