To summarize the experience, Giorgia runs an at home restaurant in Turin where she creates a customized menu for you and your friends to enjoy.She has a very professional kitchen which is clean open and spacious with enough room for up to 10 guests.I have had the chance to enjoy the experience twice now and each time the menu has been completely different.The menu consisted of 5 intricate and well thought out courses that entice the senses.Aside from a creating a delicious meal, Chef Giorgia creates a very personal and engaging environment that balances a fine dining experience with a home-cooked meal to be enjoyed as friends.Overall professional, personal and intimate.

I had the pleasure of being invited to a dinner at Casa Elleti in Torino last week. Not only was the food wonderful but the experience our hosts curated was an indelible one. As each course arrived and our dinner guide Luciano described the plate, it was clear that Chef was pushing boundaries with her cooking. Even the most familiar of dishes struck chords unplucked. More than simply dining on homemade pasta and fresh farm cheeses, we were eating with a family in their home. I cannot express the intimacy of tasting food in a kitchen where the chef also cooks her morning breakfast, where she and her partner share meals and host friends. We were the only diners in the restaurant, we sat at their table, and tasted regional wines together with each savored bite. If you’re in Torino and you don’t dine as Casa Elleti, you’ve missed something extraordinary. It is an experience not to be missed nor forgotten.
