Futura has made a huge turn around since our review from 10 months ago. There were some management changes made and then the right Futura experts arrived at our facility to fix the issues we had. I can report that we can now get consistent and quality production at design speeds. I would definitely give them the most improved award! Thank you Futura for sticking with it and assisting a struggling customer.

This place has the worst customer service of any Italian company I deal with. We have a cartoning machine made by Futura that will not produce good quality and will not run anywhere near the speed they said it would. We have been fighting this machine for a long time now. We have spent over 100,000 dollars trying to correct the problems. We have had numerous technicians from Futura try to fix the machine with no luck. We also have paid for every upgrade that was supposed to fix our problems. Nothing has helped. Now we are having a hard time even getting a response and we cant run any production on this machine. DO NOT BUY A FUTURA MACHINE. I would give zero stars if google would let me.
