Hotel Alpha

Very nosy as they build new rooms on the ground floor next to the staff room or what else . From 6.30 am and Also in the evenings until 11 pm started very loud nosy like they are braking a table . Pushing chair playing music etc . We complaint but the manager didn’t even offered a glass of water or a coffee anything else to make us less stressed . Stayed only two nights and me and my daughter are feeling tired . Don’t stay on the rooms on the ground floor !The restaurant is very nice the staff also nice comfortable room it’s a shame that they thing guests are ok having their loud hours on head ! Noo !

We booked a short stay to escape the chaos of Naples and Alpha hotel really delivered.Well priced and great service especially from the ladies on the front desk, they were really cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful.The owner is a nice guy and made us feel right at home.The location means that you need to consider travel options for Sorrento but I feel this is fairly reflected in the price.

Tutto squisitamente eccezionale.... siamo ritornati a distanza di un anno ma come se non fossimo mai andati via. Abbiamo ritrovato la gentilezza e la professionalità del general manager Antonio Iaccarino , autentico numero 10 di una squadra ben assemblata con la simpatia e la spontaneità di Anna con la professionalità di Martina e l'eleganza e la piena disponibilità del maitre di sala Ciro. Ma non c'è grande squadra se non ci sono grandi gregari e particolare menzione meritano le signore delle pulizie che ogni giorno, instancabilmente, hanno reso la nostra stanza e l'hotel di brillante pulizia. Ci vediamo presto....anzi prestissimo.

Hotel Alpha is a must stay when visiting Sorrento. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The staff is so helpful and lovely and honestly the best customer service I have ever had at a hotel. They have a beautiful garden hidden out back and use the fresh ingredients to put together amazing dishes. They also offer free breakfast and it is absolutely divine. The aura is absolutely beautiful and happy and helpful. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! Great job thank you so much for an amazing stay!

This was a special holiday for me and my boys and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful and the views at night were stunning. There seemed to be fireworks every night in Sorrento. We could see Vesuvius from our balcony. We arrived late on the first day and the staff were really welcoming. I think we all got quite attached to the people who were working on that first night. Staff were great with my boys. There is a piano in the dining room! The pool is amazing (I was the one swimming). We loved the trees and the lizards. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well looked after. Our room was a good size for us. Every room has a balcony. The staff who cleaned the room would arrange my sons toy monkey in different ways every day, which we would find when we got back. The resteraunt is excellent, though we really didn't need a 3 course meal every night, but it made things easier for me not to have to plan where to eat. I had seafood every night. My fussy youngest son was accommodated (he was quite doted on really) . The hotel is in a handy location for the Circumvesuviana rail link and to walk to the most beautiful beaches below the cliffs. I can't say enough about how lovely the staff were. You will not be disappointed with a stay in this exquisite hotel. The area has so much to do and we fell in love with Italy.

We visited the Amalfi coast at the end of July to attend a friend's wedding. Now I know there had been heatwaves everywhere at this time but the temperature was ridiculous. I think this trip would have been unbearable if it wasn't for the hotel alpha. This was a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were brilliant! So cool and comfortable. The staff were fantastic in particular the pool staff made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after. The pool itself is a great size with plenty of space for younger kids to play, older people to swim and cool off. The location of this hotel is great there is a really handy supermarket and ice cream parlour around the corner. It is also ideally situated for access to the Sant' Angnello train station that offers easy and affordable access to Sorrento, Pompeii and napoli. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful before our trip arranging for high quality direct transfers. They were also really generous in hosting us around the hotel and pool facilities post check out before our evening transfer back to the airport. We felt there were a few things we missed out on due to the intense heat so we would love to go back and explore this area in milder temperatures. If we do we will definitely book here again

Bellissimo, posizione strategica per tutti gli spostamenti sia a piedi che con auto. Personale eccezionale, a partire dal Direttore Sandro, sono tutti molto gentili, disponibili e al tempo stesso tanto rispettosi della privacy degli ospiti. Ottima colazione con vasta scelta in un ambiente molto ampio e anche qui personale veramente molto delizioso.Stanza ampia, pulita e ricca di tutti i comfort. Ci ritorneremo. Lo consiglio davvero.

Staff are absolutely brilliant, will do anything they can for you. Lovely location, Very clean, rooms are very nice, also have electric shutters on the balcony doors, brilliant for shade in the rooms combined with the air con. Pool/Bar and gardens well maintained and they will always bring your drinks to you at the sunbed/tables. Plenty of outdoor seating. Table service for evening meals is very quick, different menu each night, prepared fresh during the afternoon. which they display in the reception during the day, great for the fussy eaters like myself haha! Fantastic overall, very would definetly recommened.
