Typical 3 star hotel. Not very big. Amenities were as you would expect for the area. I'd give it more stars but I do wish the room had more outlets. I give it 4 stars because it's within walking distance of some great places to eat, shop and see.

It has been many years since my 3 month stay in 1997. I was on a temporary duty assignment with the USAF. I have always remembered the landlords (Husband and Wife) since they showed me all of their charm and hospitality; they said I reminded them of their son that had just recently left the nest at that time. I was about to turn 20 and I was so appreciative to have been able to experience Italy. The fact that the U.S. Government put me up in such a beautiful establishment blew my mind but the icing on the cake was the impression that the landlord husband and wife that has lasted this long (43 now).As I remember, the rooms were cozy, super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the foot hills while standing on the balcony of my room were breathe taking. I bet that everything is still as I remember; I hope your experience is the same.

Un posto tranquillo e pulito

Good place! If you want to go to the base walking, it's about 10 min, the landlords are very nice people and they have a really good and fast WiFi connection. The same people own another place called Residence Elite, so if you want to change you can when the month finishes, I think, maybe even in middle of the month, I don't know for sure...Residence Magnolia is $950 for 3 people/mo.Residence Elite is $1100 for 3 people/mo.

Perché è molto originale

Rooms are spacious, clean, great wi-fi and staff are friendly. Conveniently located near shopping area and plenty of eateries within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful.Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again
