These folks are incredible! The rental process is very simple, and the vehicles are absolutely lovely. The service quality is especially good - they went the extra mile to help me and I really appreciated that.

Renting a Vespa, with your fiancé, allows you to have a quick, amazing and romantic tour in the Tuscany countryside, among natural fields, vineyards and stunning landscapes. To complete your “Italian living experience”, a wine degustation in a local winery is a must (I strongly suggest the Campriano’s one, run by the extremely kind Ranuccio Neri). You can then be back to Siena before night so to enjoy the extremely chilling atmosphere in the central square, with a pizza or just a good drink.SERVICE: 5/5Staff is super kind and helpful, and the renting procedure is really fast (it takes no more than 10 minutes). The Vespa 125cc is given in great conditions.PRICE: 3/5Price is ok. Maybe it could be few euros less (we paid 60€ for 24-hours renting).Ottima esperienza! Noleggiare una Vespa, con la propria compagna/o per una fuga veloce nella campagna Toscana, tra campi, vigne e paesaggi unici, per poi rientrare nella fantastica Siena la sera, è un qualcosa di unico ed estremamente romantico! Decisamente un'attività da fare, considerando poi la gentilezza e la super disponibilità dello staff, così come le ottime condizioni della Vespa 125, il mito Italiano. Unica nota, forse, i prezzi potrebbero essere un pelo più bassi (60€ per 24h noleggio).

I arrived at Siena by Vespa quite spontaneously but with no waiting time was I able to rent out a scooter with a few scratches here and there, but, as far as I can tell, in perfect technical condition. Carolina took all the time necessary to answer my stupid questions and explain how to operate the scooter to me in detail (I have an A1 license, but I'd only ever ridden motorbikes). She also was very transparent about the conditions of the contract and also insurance modalities; moreover, she proactively noted down the scratches on the Vespa and invited me to take photos of them as well. Last but not least, the price was fair, too. There might be cheaper scooter rentals in town, but they won't be that reliable...If there's one thing that could be improved it would be the signage of the store. The rental is situated inside the scooter showroom with no further sign or anything pointing out that there is a rental service (Google Maps is wrong about the exact location...) Also, other than what the website or other photos might tell you, not all rental scooters are red ;)

Didn’t end up getting a Vespa. Tried to contact them all week as their booking function online wasn’t working. When I got there, they informed me that even though their website specifies that I only needed my driver’s license, I also require an international driver’s license to ride the Vespa (if I were pulled over by the police).Long story short, not well organised and poor communication.

Excellent experience, booking and collection were easy. Vespa was brilliant, powerful and very easy to drive, and best way to see the surrounding area by far. If you have some confidence in riding a scooter then definitely recommend this. Best 60 euro we've spent.

Easy rental Process, good price, and filling the tank after a full 250km trip was like 10 euro! Great service inside and the Vespa itself was in perfect condition, the iconic red, and great on the roads.

Abbiamo affittato 4 vespe 125, per fare un giro nelle colline Senesi, i mezzi erano praticamente nuovi, gli esercenti ci hanno accolto con grande cortesia, ci hanno illustrato chiaramente la strumentazione e ci hanno dato preziosi consigli sul tour da fare.Nonostante il leggero ritardo sull'orario di rientro, ci hanno aspettato per non arrecare disagi nella restituzione dei mezzi.Se avete un po' di tempo da dedicare alla vostra visita a Siena un giro in vespa non può mancare, Siena By Vespa è un opportunità imperdibile, CONSIGLIATISSIMO.
