CX Turin Regina Student & Explorer Place

Amazing hotel in Turin for students and tourists. I stayed there for a week as a couple and I enjoyed every moment of it. The rooftop has an astonishing view on the river, the staff are so nice and helpful, there is a gym, and room service is top notch. I highly recommend it to students who can afford the monthly/yearly rent plans, and to tourists

Sono stata per 3 giorni e devo dire che l'hotel era più che soddisfacente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, con aggiunta di drink di benvenuto e gianduiotti in camera appena arrivati. La colazione buona, non c'è molta scelta, ma per il tipo di hotel va più che bene. La distanza dal centro non è un problema in quanto è ben collegata. Inoltre la vista della nostra camera era stupenda, con tanto di balconcino. Sicuramente se mai dovessi tornare a Torino lo sceglierei nuovamente e mi sento di consigliarlo

Non ero mai stato in questo hotel, e come prima volta sono rimasto soddisfatto.La mia camera molto spaziosa pulita ed ordinata.L hotel è fornito di una piccola palestra ed un area relax.Unica pecca la colazione veramente scarsa, giusto yogurt e cornetto.Pero oltre questa piccola pecca, ci tornerò socuramente

We had the chance to stay 1 night at CX. Since I stayed in the hotel section, I will talk about that section. The reception was very kind and helpful. There is a 24-hour reception. The staff speak English very well.The room is very spacious and good. There are all the towels and materials you will need. Tea and coffee were also prepared complementary with a kettle in the room. Bed is very comfortable and room was very clean. View of room was also very good.At the entrance, there is cafe where you can take coffee and something to eat with it. I didnt see any restaurant to eat dinner inside the building like in Rome, but you can bring food from outside. In fact, the lady at the reception helped us, when there was no fork/knife placed when ordering the meal from outside.Check in and check out is pretty quick and easy. You can pay there by card or pay online.There are many areas in it that you can use. The terrace is also very nice for breakfast or coffee.The location of the building is very comfortable to reach the city. You can reach the city quickly and nonstop with the bus stop, which is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.Since we are currently staying in CX, we stayed by taking advantage of the special discount wit one free drink. As in Rome, we were very pleased with the CX here.Thank you to the CX Turin Regina team. This place surely will be our first choice when we will come Turin again.

Albergo nuovissimo, molto pulito e ben organizzato. Camere ampie e moderne. Un particolare ringraziamento alla ragazza bionda alla reception davvero molto gentile e disponibile.Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Camere spaziose e pulite, colazione deludente. Ottimi i servizi. Interessante il concetto di mix tra turisti e studenti. Terrazza superlativa. Ottimo bilanciamento qualità prezzo. Consigliato! Bravi

Hotel in buona posizione davanti al po alla fine di viale Regina Margherita.Moderno, vivace e piacevole.Le camere ben arredate e pulite dotate di ogni comfort.La terrazza al 8° piano da vedere assolutamente la sera con vista sulla città di Torino, personale gentile e disponibile.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per una sola notte, veramente meraviglioso, sicuramente la prossima volta che torneremo qui. Staff gentilissimo, camere pulite, arredamento bellissimo. Grazie!

Ho erroneamente effettuato una prenotazione presso questa struttura e cancellata 3 minuti dopo, nonostante ciò non hanno voluto accettare la mia richiesta di non addebitarmi l'intero costo della prenotazione. Lo trovo un comportamento poco etico, per tanto non consiglio a nessuno di avere a che fare con questo tipo di struttura visto il loro pessimo servizio clienti.RISPONDO AL MESSAGGIO DELLA STRUTTURA:Il portale esterno, prontamente contattato da me, sostiene che l'eventuale rimborso dipende solo ed esclusivamente da voi, siete pertanto stati contattati da loro per tale richiesta (ho una mail ufficiale inviatami dal portale citato, che attesta quanto a voi richiesto) ma tale richiesta è stata da VOI non soddisfatta.Ci tengo a precisare inoltre che l'addebito è stato effettuato contestualmente alla prenotazione, non mi è stato infatti possibile richiederne la cancellazione senza addebito (cancellazione, tra l'altro, effettuata 3 minuti dopo la prenotazione).Capisco che vogliate salvarvi la faccia ma in questo caso il vostro supporto clienti ha funzionato malissimo e ciò che state sostenendo non corrisponde al vero e lo posso dimostrare qualora vogliate un confronto diretto.
