My wife and I’s go-to place for quick breakfast on our trip to Florence. Cappuccino and pastries both very good at €5,60 (for two of each), and the baristas are super friendly. I can’t speak to the caffe experience others have mentioned as a negative, but if you’re looking for a quick breakfast on the go, this is a good place.

Un furto. Pezzi da matti, 2 caffè 6,50€, non si giustifica che ci siano i prezzi fuori, per due caffè in Italia nessuno aspetta di pagare cosi tanto per cui non gli guardi. Per posti come il vostro la gente si schiffa. SIETE DEI LADRI.

Un caffè, un cappuccino e 2 brioche 10,00 euro.. Non abbiamo letto i prezzi prima di sederci, (a parte che all'interno non ci sono tavolini da potersi sedere ma sgabelli nella zona superenalotto o colazione da consumarsi al bancone..), ma nel soggiorno abbiamo consumato caffè/brioche in altri bar (anche a 100 metri da questo..), a prezzi assolutamente diversi.

I see the many reviews about the poor service and high prices, but that wasn't exactly my experience. Granted, it wasn’t that cheap but it's similar to most places in a high tourist area. I didn't think it was excessive. The last who served us was lovely, cheerful and chatty, it was really nice to practice my Italian with her. This helped my rating.

Metto 5 stelle perché è stata un estorsione degna del nome che porta i bar. Fin da quando siamo entrati siamo stati vittime di intimidazioni da parte del gestore, dopo il primo ordine ci è sottoposta la fatidica domanda Mangiate dentro o fuori?". Da ingenui siamo caduti nella trappola

Small place of maximum 4 tables outside, it's perfect to enjoy a coffee break. The coffee was good and so was the service. A small inconvenience... For small amounts spent you cannot pay by credit card, only cash.

This is the real deal. It's authentic and the prices are fine. The reviews on here that are all up about table service being more expensive need to get a grip and realize that that is pretty much everywhere you go and get table service. If saving money is your main goal just stay home. If you want a more luxurious experience be willing to pay a little more. The bar service prices are ridiculously low. The people are nice and the space is charming.
